  1. Pleased you have all made up.
  2. Can't see him in the NL next year as his article in the SS said he would continue with his german commitments and I imagine he will be snapped up by a premier league club. The interesting part will be when he hits 16 in April I think to see who he eventually commits to. Most of the away meetings are weekends which I imagine will clash with his german commitments, apart from Kent and Monmore, which KL have already been to and IOW which I believe Lambert is penciled in to go to. According to the SS This country turned it's back on the lad and he had to go to the continent to hone his skills and the powers that be don't seem to be learning from their mistakes as there is another such rider Reece Downes (i'm not sure how old he is) I have seen round Sheffield and Scunny who is seemingly now in the same predicament It's possible that the circumtances of his family aren't the same as Lamberts and his family can't manage to get to the continent for what ever reason. Why do the UK feel it is ok to keep holding these lads back?. Lets face it if Lambert does become WC the UK wont be able to claim him and sleep at night surely as he has come through the German system not the British all they have done is hold him back. The same as Woofy came through the Australian. We have Chris Harris who came through the British system doesn't that speaks volumes?.
  3. He has to be 16 to ride in the PL/EL ?
  4. Surely you aren't suggesting foul play!!!!! It's a travesty that Lambert can ride in high level meetings in Germany but not here. !!!! A special mention for Lewis Rose who has hit form running. He doesn't seem to get much coverage with the Lambert factor
  5. Seems ironic considering the nature of the sport....... gone full circle ........again
  6. Kent have a Twitter feed that may kick in
  7. I suppose that's a big part of it. Hopefully his crash wont affect that !!!!
  8. Hope they are both ok
  9. All the best for the meeting tonight. Hope the North take the NL to their hearts it would be so good for all the northern lads who are coming through not just because of travel either, before anyone pipes up :-) :-)
  10. Wasn't the under 18s title before he nearly killed himself at the IOW ? Should he be thrown on the scrap heap because of that?
  11. Stop replying would be the best wag to stop it!!!
  12. I have to say that I was surprised that R T D wasn't at No.2 as Knuckey is probably the better rider. I imagine Brendans performance was subject any number of factors not just the twist of the wrist
  13. You have hit the nail on the head with Morris. He has been given time and time is the key. Too much focus on high scoring reserves to cover for underperforming H/L when they should be performing !!!!
  14. You seem to be getting a bit tied up in knotts. I'd say Laurence will cover tonight and Lee will cover on Friday :-) Does Nikko know that Mason still features on the website?. They have done so well shame to let it slip now
  15. Yes he rode at the back end of last year :-)
  16. Yes he rode at the back end of last year :-)
  17. I don't mean to be disrespectful to Robert but that did make me chuckle. Forum back to it's best witt and charm rather than moan moan moan :-)
  18. There is a rule he is declared in a 1-7 regardless of his intentions but there is nothing stopping him guesting as a no1 for anybody, but would anyone have to give permission for that?. He could have gone on the 3 pointer guest list I suppose which would have allowed it Maybe they should scrap that rule and he should just guest for which ever team is riding against the IOW. Joking apart good luck to the Lambert family who have clearly invested tremendous amount.t of time and money into Roberts future :-)
  19. Be good to see how he gets on in these 2 NL standard meetings he is riding in. Knowing the Lions luck he will fly and Magnus will go backwards. I hope I'm wrong. Be good if we could make a decision and stick to it rather than operate with the benefit of hindsight all the live long day
  20. Didn't he guest at No.1? They can have a No.1 guest all through the season just so long as the named no.1 has had 1 ride...........Or so I believe
  21. They are both also in a declared 1-7 so I believe that is against the rules
  22. I suppose its the word 'sign'meaning 'declared' bit ambiguous. Hope people turn out tonite to see him anyway KL deserve a good crowd
  23. I'm not worried but someone clearly is or on a wind up whichever when it comes to speedway I tend to wait to see what comes to pass. :-)
