What was even stranger is that it was announced the meeting was off due to a waterlogged track last night, just after King's Lynn had raced Leicester okay on it so hardly waterlogged at the time.

That was 8 years ago. Might have changed since then. -
http://www.gofundme.com/er37dtqc A go fund account has been set up for Dan Greenwood after his crash during the Coventry Storm meeting which saw him taken to hospital. His Kevlers & protective clothing had to be cut off him when treated and he also had serious damage to his bike and helmet which resulted in huge costs. If anybody would like to donate, I have posted the link above.

Poole Pirates Vs Kings Lynn Stars 02/09/15

I wondered the same as both Holder & Iversen are listed on the Poole site as riding in this one. I guess this may take priority as the play off was rearranged. -

Isn't it a play off meeting though in Poland, it's not like he's just missing it for a league meeting -

So with Lynn's loss at home tonight, if King's Lynn fail to pick up any points tomorrow at Poole the most they could finish on would be 51. This would mean regardless of what the score is at Brandon, Coventry would secure their place in the Play offs tomorrow night and if Swindon pick up 1 point or more so would they. -

King's Lynn V Leicester 01/09/15

Well done Lions on their first away win. Sounds like they rode really well tonight. Credit to Harris for winning the last heat decider, hopefully more of the same form tomorrow. Thorsell sounds like he had a brilliant night Going to be a very tense finish between King's Lynn and Belle -

It's been raining heavy in Coventry for the last couple of hours. Will have to hope it's not on for the night otherwise the track will be waterlogged before we even have any rain tomorrow. -

Brilliant display from Thorsell 3,3,3 so far. Definitely more than Milik had been scoring -

That's what's confusing. If they struggled to find a guest then RR would have on paper been stronger with every rider able to take an extra ride. Prediction 38-52 -

That was one meeting, all riders have a off night. Not convinced Fricke will score more than 4 as only just scored more than that as a 2nd string. -

Coventry only really need 1 point (if Belle Vue get all 4 at Wolves) which they should get at home against Leicester & Lakeside. If Belle Vue don't win at Wolves then Coventry are through anyway. This is now a race between King's Lynn & Belle Vue. -

Lol what are you basing this on? 😂 Max is a 2nd string who scored 6 on his last visit as a second string and was beaten by Robson. Kylmakorpi has a 7.33 average at Brandon this season riding as a heat leader. His scores before the Swindon meeting were 11,10 & a 15 point Max. He's beaten Zagar, Lindgren, Nicholls, Doyle, Magic & Holder round Brandon to name a few. He is a big miss at Brandon -

I'm expecting it to be another defeat. I would have used Fricke at Swindon as he rides that track well but not at Brandon where he has had lows scores and that's as a 2nd string. -

Really surprised that Fricke is guesting as a heat leader esp when Brandon isn't one of his best tracks. Have the promotion looked at his scores as a 2nd string at our track? Why not Nicholls or Cook or even RR as I think Harris, King, Hans & Howarth are stronger on our track. 😕 Definitely weakens us -

I agree. With Hans recent form plus it being Howarth's first meeting back, I think RR may be a risk. Esp when Harris & JK have been our strongest riders around Brandon. -
Swindon V Coventry Select Thur 4th Sep

Kylmakorpi has also had some great meetings which is how he went from 5+ to a 7 average as a heat leader. Howarth is missing for this meeting -

With Coventry & Swindon the only other EL team riding tomorrow & no PL fixtures, surely King's Lynn could have got a stronger guest for Kerr than Josh Bates? -
Coventry V Swindon - Wednesday 2nd September
mdmc82 replied to NeilWatson's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Lol. He did guest against us last year in a double header meeting. He also guested for us, I think it may have been the year before (and possibly his first time on our track as don't remember him ever riding for Belle Vue against us) -
Swindon will be at full strength for this meeting. Coventry will be depleted with both heatleaders Kylmakorpi & King missing as well as Howarth. Guest options could include Nicholls, Fricke, Lawson, Kennett, Bjerre, Lindgren, Barker, Thorssell.

Agree. I would want Nicholls (esp on Thur) Although with his ability to gate & his impressive score last time he visited our track, Cook could also be an option as then Nicholls wouldn't be ruled out of guesting Friday under 7day rule. Would be happy with either.
