Understandable speculation when theres real speedway of own own to talk about. Other threads have hinted at as many as 4 new teams going elite in 2016 with a couple dropping out. Also seen suggestions of similar yo yoings between PL and NL too. A real shake up seems likely and given the stated position has always been to return to the elite perhaps this would be the time. Who knows there may even be other bigger surprises in store....

well one person that certainly does agree with you is Phil Hilton. His assessment closely matches yours.He too believes failing to turn any away performance into 4 points was as much a problem as the home form.

I thought the qualifying heats were good value and certainly more competitive that the last couple of years. The final was spoilt by the ref not ordering a re run. Scott performed a superb lay down in order to avoid what couldve been a disasterous incident. Overall a decent meeting to end the year.

Quite heavy rain since 7.30am but should clear by late morning at worst. Then dry with sunny intervals forecast ahead of a clear dry evening/night. So should be fine for tapes up but likely to need about 6 layers over thermals by the end!!

As he started the season with an EL average above 6 he cannot guest in PL I believe.

IMO he only went back to the NL after effectively being frozen out of the PL due to the Friday night priority issue.
