I can see the logic if it has been a late change after team building has largely been completed Should really though have been something foreseen by August/September and simply ratified at the AGM within it causing problems The only teams affected would perhaps have been those manipulating the 10 match set to suit their 2023 plans.....

Very bizarre to make such a big thing of reducing the sample down to 10 through 2022 and then at the first opportunity switch back to 20 in 2023..... I believe it is the correct decision but why not just use a 20 meeting sample from the start
