Showed Brady Kurtz the quickest way round Wimborne Road last time Wolves were there though. 15 from 5 completed rides isnt that bad
-
Surely you genuine Poole and speedway fans must find this Gater/Fanatic child a bit tedious
-
Can you please practice what you preach and dont post on other teams threads
-
A troll is someone who post to antagonise and inflame discussion. Starman , for all his faults isnt a troll he just simply isnt well educated. Poole Pirates Fanatic, Speedway Fanatic, BrandonBob and Gater1 are all the same person........that in itself is just plain strange. Gater1 posts stop appearing when Poole Pirates fanatic starts posting and vice versa lol

Belle Vue could track Cook, Zagar and Fricke and Jack Smith and take up 25.32 leaving 17.18 for 3 riders. Tungate at 6.18 leaves 11 for 2 riders. Belle Vue look like they could be very strong to me. Wolves to if they can have Lindgren. Tai and Masters
-
Newman for Starke? KK for Kennett?
-
Belle Vue - COOK Kings Lynn - IVERSEN Leicester - VACULIK Rye House - THORSELL Swindon - MORRIS Poole - KURTZ Somerset - DOYLE Wolves - LINDGREN Rye House could have a top 4 of Thorsell, Harris, Nicholls and KK!!! 4 of those 8 teams will be led by GP riders and another 2 have GP level riders in Morris and Iversen
-
Nothing wrong with Belle Vues position or Wolves Cook , Fricke and Steve Worrall is a strong top 3 backed up by Tungate and the emerging Bewley Lindgren, Masters and Schlein is likewise as Wolves top 3.

NO! Leave our riders alone lol Heeps and Covatti will hopefully be back at Foxhall in whatever league

Who Finishes Where 2018
Gavan replied to phillipsr's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
In my opinion Holder and Pedersen are not as good as they were. At the start of the 2017 season i thought they would still have lots to offer but Holder was abysmal and Nicki didnt do to much before his unfortunate injury. Pawlicki was world number 6 in 2016 so thought he would kick on but went backwards. Lindgren has a bad injury to contend with as well and not his fault but Vaculik doesnt excite me. Hancock at some point has to regress and could have a season like Holder did I went into the 2017 gp season full of optimism. This year the anticipation isnt as strong, but thats my opinion -

I think the series looks weak compared to last year. The top 5 look nailed on just trying to work out what order. Magic and Zagar look good for top 8 and then the other 8 all look like battling it for 8th. 1. DUDEK 2. DOYLE 3. ZMARZLIK 4. WOFFINDEN 5. SAYFUTDINOV 6. ZAGAR 7. JANOWSKI 8. HANCOCK 9. LINDGREN 10. VACULIK 11. LAGUTA 12. PAWLICKI 13. COOK 14. HOLDER 15. PEDERSEN -
I know lol. I think Poole will have 2 teams at this rate all this riders that will only ride over here and only for Poole
-
Poole team announced for 2018 Sayfutdinov Vaculik Hampel Iversen Holder Holder Woryna Kurtz Shanes Andersen Newman 11 riders all want to ride for Poole have done all their lives....club legends..improvers....only these guys will ride for Poole and nobody else.
-
poole should have kept Holder last season. He may have proved to be a top number one at Poole like Doyle and Lindgren were and the management could still have had a good team and pushed for the league.
-
Can't see Newman going back to Poole is happy at Leicester and Ipswich
-
why not? You were up in arms when Holder got banned saying he was prevented from earning a living. If Holder isn't riding for Poole then Ford needs to let him go out on loan
-
have to admit Kennett and Lahti for KK and Klindt were 2 fantastic bits of team building!!Every season we get told the Poole 1-7 is the best team out there but speedway is a funny sport. You would have been carted off to the funny farm at the start of you had said Newman KK and Klindt wouldn't last the season and you could have never guessed how poor a choice the promotion made in there replacements!! Funny how all the people who thought KK would be superb and said he would be better than Holder now want the whinging coward back in their team!!! Unreal
-
Yet your first words on the subject was 'GET IN' Seems to me like you wanted him at Poole .......................then you very quickly backtrack that you think it he will be a flop..............and you wonder why you have been mocked on here.
-
Judging by the bold sweeping statements of 'Get In'...'always wanted to race for Poole'....'going to be confirmed soon its obvious'.....'Matt Ford been after him for years'.....'Vaculik has always wanted wanted to ride for Poole'....'Matt will not let this one slip'.................................I have no idea why your being mocked!!
-
2 or 3 pages of people going on about Vaculik signing for Poole from the same people who know totally nothing. The normal Poole fans on here like rayc can see through everything these same people go on about its hilarious
-
Typical Poole response.........not worried about an empty cabinet if the sport survives. Chris had his injury years ago...Darcy affected him but its irrelevent and so is his personal life. Is he good enough and the right choice to be in the Grand Prix next season? No plain and simple He came 10th ...14 points away from 9th. He rode in every Grand Prix....Iversen and Hancock had the same number of points when they got injured as Holder had and the way Chris finished his season he probably would have been 12th. Total farce that he has a wildcard and no he doesnt deserve a break no idea why that comes into it? Surely Hancock and Iversen injured during this season deserve more of a break!
-
Yes it was a good meeting spoilt by a shocking crash for Danny King. Peterborough deserved it on the night with riders like Starke and Lambert stepping up to win crucial races. When your top 2 riders only complete one race between them over 2 legs kind of makes it hard. Difference is at Ipswich we are not sore losers you see. Vast majority stayed behind to applaud the Panthers team. Unlike Poole winning isnt everything and we knew we were unlucky but thats the fun of the sport.........thanks for your concern though Brilliant news lol. Only a Poole fan could think that Holder deserves a wild card........the rest of the speedway world knows that money and Monster played a huge part. Have a quick look on the SGP wildcard thread as well.....................nobody thinks he deserves one Oh and what exactly has he been through??? Do you mean crying like a big girls blouse at a slightly iffy track???
-
No chance. Doyle and Lindgren were the only 2 riders to get there this season..............cant see holder getting close
-
Didnt get banned thanks. Have other issues going on so the forum has been slightly secondary to my health , plus been away during half term week though was able to go to Foxhall for the cup final
-
Even if Chris Holder signed for Poole he is on the downgrade anyway so cant see him doing any good, farcical that he is in the gp's His ban keeps him out for the start of the season anyway. Why would any club touch Jack Holder with that attitude?
