  1. I agree with you on most things but not this. After seeing the pathetic way Chris Holder conducted himself last season im surprised any side would want him. Has the ability but the ego is way to high and he is on the downgrade and somehow kept his gp place. KK is not exactly Mr role model either but after his performances for Rye last season i can 100% understand why the Rye fans would want him over Holder.
  2. Talking absolute garbage Woffinden and Zagar have an average from 2016 same as Woryna does. Please tell me how in your little Poole bubble how any of the riders differ from the other? 2 riders who are not going to get any better (Woffinden and Zagar) can have their 2016 averages INCREASED 1 rider who it has been shown has vastly improved can have his 2016 average KEPT THE SAME Now please tell me how you think that that is fair???? Nobody is saying Poole have broke the rules in signing Woryna on that average............yet you keep coming out with daft statements like 'Woffy turned his back on GB' and even more stupid ' that they dont have an average' .........Zagar rode ger the whole season yet you think he should have his average altered yet someone else who rode here (Woryna) shouldnt!!!............your pathetic bias is incredible!
  3. Being an Ipswich fan i have nothing against Edinburgh but that truly looks the worst side from Edinburgh ive seen for a long time. A number 1 has left to be replaced by.....................nobody. Wells and Riss as number one and 2 and the third heat leader is Mark Riss who spent some of last season at reserve. Pickering is ok then another newbie at second string. Looks a season of struggle to me though i may be wrong. But put this 1-7 up against Ipswich, Glasgow and Scunthorpe and its not even close
  4. erm yes i did!! Worynas average is correct.......but then so to should be Woffindens and Zagars....simple really
  5. Cant believe we are still banging on about averages! Grossly unfair that a rider like Woryna isnt reassessed but riders like Woffinden and Zagar would be. But of course the usual bile from the south coast expert clouds over the thread. It should be one clear cut rule............if you didnt ride here last season you are either ALL reassessed or ALL not reassessed. Its not difficult. Dont think anyone has said Pooles team looks poor just got a weak number one and a couple of risky Poles who may or may not do the business. If they do Poole will be good for the play offs Shovlar banging on about how good Poole look and how poor everyone else looks................then await the first Poole fixture and they will be massive underdogs whoever they ride against..........
  6. I was there that day and Nielsen went into the third bend pretty much mid track which gave Tony the chance to move out wide and then coming out of the 4th bend able to swoop up the inside as Hans was basically just lost in mid track. Hans in my mind played it safe round turns 3 and 4 and left himself open to a move like Rickardsson made. Nothing against Hans at all just feel in that race he didnt ride the race properly
  7. There are none so blind as those who cannot see
  8. To this day i still cant believe the conservative way Nielsen rode in the run off against Rickardsson in the 1994 run off.
  9. Poole over the years have made more changes than most. Sometimes it works but then like last season for Poole it can go horribly wrong. Swindon have weak reserves maybe but Poole look like having the weakest number one so it evens out
  10. Not moody at all...................just hoping that a rule Poole used to get AM can be the same rule that means Holder goes to Somerset. Funny how some Poole fans dont like it when it happens back to them!
  11. I can only think 2 things on this: Ford wanted Hans and Chris and circumstances means he gets neither Or he has some other big name lined up. Cant see who is available in Europe that would make Poole stronger than having Hans or Chris. Ford could be cutting his nose off to spite his face. After 2 poor seasons by Pooles standards he needs to deliver a team capable of challenging this season
  12. Ah bless you Differences of opinion is trolling is it? Have a little look at Shovlar and Matt Ford fan on Swindons thread my dear! A team was put up on here by DC2 and i thought it looked poor.......it probably wont be the Poole team. Hans has said he isnt coming back....Jack has already gone.....and Chris looking less likely..........so please tell me how that is trolling??? Oh and please can you tell your own fan , Rayc, to also stop trolling as he also though that DC2 team would be bottom. Thanks for your time and insight into Pooles team
  13. Be lucky to not be bottom with that team. No Holders and no Andersen and so far no Brits................all isnt well down Dorset way i would say
  14. Its well known what Shovlar is, he is told by all members often enough
  15. Looking great for Poole. You got 2 Poles who may or may not show their true form. You got a half decent number one in Kurtz. Josh G would be solid enough but hardly a stellar signing. Holder trying to dictate to the club so unlikely he will be back. And you named about 40 riders who might ride for Poole yet so far none have signed. Could be worrying times does nobody want to ride for Poole anymore On the other hand Swindon have named 6 solid riders meaning they in all liklihood will never be beat at home
  16. Obvious that both Holders are bad news.
  17. Rye will always be strong at home. Couldnt see a team that weak at reserve romping the league. Doyle will be solid but Nicholls and Harris only going one way, KK unpredictable as well. Good team, play off material but romping the league....no
  18. Spot on Either reassess everyone or nobody its not difficult. No issue with Woryna on his low average but then leave riders like Tai and Zagar on theirs! Not rocket science
  19. Swindons top 5 is very strong especially at home and with Zach in reserve even more so. Im struggling to see how ive had a sly dig at Poole? I feel Swindon and the rumoured Belle Vue team will be strong. Poole look to be building a decent side, but there is a doubt over Holder now and nobody can say with any certainty how the 2 new Poles will go. As i said last season Poole were hot favourites but it all went very wrong.
  20. spot on as always! why the forum puts up with trolls is beyond me
  21. Not sure there will be a stronger top 5 in the whole league. That team with Zach at 6 will be pretty much unbeatable at home i would say
  22. Woffinden has genuine reasons not to ride here. Lambert is nowhere near Tai's level so no idea why he isnt doing Britain
  23. very strong looking team would have the best 2 reserves in the league for sure. Lambert and Holder a good a top two as there could be. Can one of Holder , Lawson and Riss step up. Riss has looked so good everytime ive seen him at Foxhall
  24. If thats the top 5 for Swindon and Zach in reserve then they will be favourites for the league along with Belle Vue
  25. I remember in 1990 he hitchhiked all the way to Lvov when Chris Louis won the world under 21 trophy. 3rd that day was a certain Tony Rickardsson ....whatever happened to him! Saw Noddy at Ipswich at the cup final.....truly a superfan
