Of course Poole can doctor the starts , the straights , the bends…… anything they want they are the home team why wouldn’t you prepare it for your side Poole have a team of gaters so they will prepare the track accordingly……wouldn’t have happened in the days of Loram Nicholls and Ward as those riders wouldn’t want the starts like they are now

Glasgow fans don’t rise to the forum troll … we had lots of it when Poole were in the top league from Shovlar Poole fans are called blue tints for a reason …. They don’t think speedway exists outside of Poole and can’t take any form of criticism at all …. Im an Ipswich fan and I know our track isn’t close to being one of the best … we get the odd good meeting but on the whole it’s average racing … it’s my club but I can accept the issues Poole is known as an average track and is a gaters paradise hence they have riders like Worrall and Lawson who are good riders but are basically gaters ……. The problem is the Poole fans won’t accept it they can’t believe that any track is better ….. it’s obvious to any speedway fan that Glasgow is a couple of levels above Pooles track same as it is a couple of levels above my track at Ipswich When Poole was top league everytime sky went there it was awful bumpy racing yet we was told it was superb every other week ….. funny when BSN are there it’s awful yet we are told it’s superb …. Yawn

Still wouldn’t have a Kubera or Kurtz in a series instead of a Woffinfen or Madsen….. sure they may have one good meeting like Nilsson recently did but they would be quite clearly at the bottom of the standings which again in my opinion being bottom isn’t an issue as someone has to be … In my opinion Nilsson and Michelsen I would replace with Laguta and Emil and then you would have the worlds best

King had one good ride when he beat Kurtz …. We lost by 8 … he was on the end of a 5-1 in heat 10 and heat 12 …. Keep those close we can get closer

People that don’t understand speedway or watch Ipswich regularly won’t understand the frustration with King Ok winning heat 15 against a reserve but costs us at vital parts of the meeting

It’s an unlucky 5 points and yes he should have scored more and with a decent ref he would be on paid 8 from 3 completed rides King has cost us time after time getting 5-1 so many times when it matters

Wouldn’t have mattered with King and Riss awful but the referee is appalling Bewley should have been excluded same as Ellis was when Emil went under him last week Wright blatantly rides Emil out yet Emil is too honest and stays on People wonder why speedway is going downhill well it’s meetings like this

I’m an ideal world I would have the current 15 riders minus Nilsson (who qualified on merit) and maybe either Thomsen or Michelsen and have Emil and Laguta Yes Tai and Janowski aren’t as good as they were and neither is Doyle … but just because they aren’t top 6 doesn’t mean they aren’t in the best 15 Kubera and Lebedevs would bring nothing extra to the series apart from the odd flashes here and there as Nilsson and Michelsen do now so why people think Tai and Doyle should be gone is baffling …. Doyle has made 3 finals for god sake lol

If you think there are more deserving riders then name them

100%….. just because a rider is 9th or 10th doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be in the grand prix the next season Tai isn’t what he was and neither this season is Magic …… so people say replace them but nobody offers up anyone who could Take those boys out for fresh blood people say but who? And then you would even less competition at the top end then you do now Name a rider who is better than Tai or Magic who should be in

Doyle shocking night but is currently in the top 6 in the world in pure merit so the people on here saying he shouldn’t be in it are talking out of their backsides. Should we also kick Madsen out because he might not be top 6???? Top 6 of Zmarzlik, Holder, Lindgren, Vaculik , Bewley and Doyle … if it stays like that do people think riders like Madsen , Dudek, Lambert , Janowski,Fricke shouldn’t be in??? I’d love to see the names of riders who are better than Doyle and Tai Not everyone can be world champion you will always have riders that can do well on the odd night but won’t threaten the top 6…. Doesn’t mean they aren’t in the top 16 in the world though. There is a changing of the guard that’s for sure with riders like Doyle and Tai and Janowski not performing and younger riders like Bewley and Holder coming forward and getting better …. Thing is Zmarzlik isn’t slowing down yet and these youngsters aren’t quite up to his consistency yet but it will come
