  1. Good meeting some great racing Hoping Belle Vue have done enough As for Jack Holder the guy is just not a nice human being After the cup final and being an Ipswich fan I spoke and congratulated Chris Holder and Steady and had a good chat … Jack walked past I said well done and he simply smirked Every race tonight didn’t acknowledge any of his opponents where as his brother shook hands and when Lidsey beat him he fist pumped him Chris Holder top bloke … Jack Holder arse
  2. Unfortunately with any fan base you get the fools that let down their club Many Leicester fans have been gracious in their victory and know they did get lucky with the decisions and have accepted they were fortunate Then there is the odd few who think that they weren’t a bit lucky and the decisions were correct …. You will always get these people who can’t see anything apart from bias for their own team … Sheffield have more than most of these As an Ipswich fan I’m proud of all of them this season Well done to Leicester the 5-1 at Foxhall in heat 15 a huge factor and fair play to Fricke and Masters in heat 15 they stepped up when needed Good luck to Leicester hope they face Belle Vue in the final
  3. Yes he was awful tonight but I think he has done his job most of the season especially at home You aren’t going to find 7 riders who improve but yes Brennan for king is an obvious decision
  4. Just going to put this out there for some context regarding Danny King Firstly he is 38 he isn’t going to get better so those of you expecting that are clueless We went very strong top two and signed the best 2 reserves in the league…. This meant the middle order would be weaker … we signed Rew back and then 2 guys who would provide middle order stability in Ellis and King…. Danny had the slightly higher average so rode at number 3…. A position he held until we lost Doyle which meant he got moved to 5 and he isn’t a number 5 Nobody started moaning about him until after we lost Emil … some fans thinking he should get double figures every week…. He was never signed to do that He has rode the season with a terrible hand injury and now a foot injury He has had some good meetings and some awful ones but he is not the rider he was He may well leave and i think he should but the abuse he has been getting is uncalled for
  5. King had an awful night it happens as Kvech and Rew also did but they seem blameless King Ellis and Rew were all signed again to be the back up to the big two with them expected to change places over the season .. there isn’t an out and out third heat leader for us…. Similar to Leicester they have a number one and then 4 similar riders that can all be heat leaders
  6. Well what a joke of a meeting that was Everyone will blame King but our numbers 1,2 and 3 only got 9 between them and that’s not good enough How easy would we have won this league at full strength
  7. A true speedway fan would know those decisions were awful …. If Leicester had had the decisions Ipswich had I would have said we had got lucky Stop being blinkered
  8. Danny King 6??? Danny King is a top rider in the UK and third heat leader for Ipswich His scores of 7,8, or 9 early in the season were fine when we had Doyle and Emil but now he needs to step up and be banging in 13 or 14 and should be far to classy to drop points to Becker or Lawson on their home track ….. he can’t be excused the fact that his hand is so bad that after 2 or 3 races his hand injury causes him issues or that after that recent crash his foot is so bad he struggles to walk Danny will have let us down if he only gets 7 or 8 … true Ipswich fans know this to be true …. At 37 he should be getting better Oh if anybody detects any sarcasm let me know!!
  9. It’s brilliant team building there is no question you have 4 good heat leaders and your 3 main ones are 7 plus point riders in the top league … no other side comes close to that fire power
  10. Fricke Masters Lawson and Becker for r/r definitely not weaker
  11. No team should be able to get close to Poole over 2 legs now that Oxford are severely weakened with no Heeps and no Jenkins
  12. Only got beat by Fricke twice , although Danny beat him once and Lawson once who again Danny also beat Not sure what you are expecting but he more than did his job last night
  13. Still some so called Ipswich fans having a dig at King when he scored 9 from 4 …. These people aren’t true fans of the club … King more than did his job … if he scores 5 on Thursday then maybe have a moan but it’s pathetic to moan about tonight
  14. Zmarzlik absolute legend good meeting Made better by Jack Holder finishing last
  15. I wouldn’t say he’s a gating tart but last night again showed his immaturity…. After the meeting I had a chat again with Steady who remembered my granddaughter from the last meeting and also Chris Holder who took time to chat … my daughter also took pics of the Sheffield fans with Steady and some fans and the cup down by the pits …. I’d like to think we are gracious losers and Holder and Steady appreciated it …… as for Jack as he walked past I said well done and all I got was a smirk ….. his brother totally different …. Young Jack still had growing up to do
  16. Emil and Doyle over 2 meetings scores 29….. usually they would get that in one meeting but that’s the breaks Jack Holder totally classless as usual
  17. An injured Danny King gets 9 from 5….. pretty good from a third heat leader but I bet he gets stick again … and I’m not blaming Ellis but he has had a worse meeting Well done to Sheffield but even tonight if Jordan and have rode and scored 4 that’s an 8 point swing and obviously Doyle and Emil missing
  18. Good job 2 Sheffield riders turned up in Holder and Pickering …. How easy would we have won this with a full strength side …. Fair play to Sheffield can only beat what’s in front of them
