  1. I predicted that the current Poole 1-7 might scrape 4th and i said Ipswich wouldnt be bottom The league looks quite unpredictable to me. Poole arent very good at home perhaps the riders prefer riding away as the tracks are much better...................i would certainly expect Poole to run us very close at Foxhall next week......Worrall and Josh G and Klindt go well at our place and Jakobsen has been ok in a couple of visits and then of course Nico at reserve I still stand by the opinion that Swindon will win the league.......best top 3 and a very strong second string in Ellis and Lampart is finding his feet......Zach will get better and then if they can either get Shanes going or get a number 7 that might get 3 or 4 then they are strong favourites for me
  2. Bit of a shame we couldn’t get the win against an average looking Poole side but we threw so many points away when in big scoring positions so let’s look at the positives Good to see Harris on the pace still don’t know why Poole let him go Poole need to let Worrall go but I’m not allowed that opinion and Covatti needs to up his game
  3. If I was there I’m pretty sure I could do a better job then whoever is doing it tonight from Poole Speedway updates site is generally very good but this is awful
  4. Apparently Poole are updating it..... guess they haven’t got someone who can read doing it
  5. How poor are the update people at Poole I’m speedway updates? Bellego has 3 points and King 0..... sure it’s the other way round.... and it says premiership rather than supporters cup.... still a good start for us let’s see if we can keep it up Heat 5 was 4-2 and according to updates so was heat 6..... yet it says Heeps 2nd and Lawson 3rd so a 3-3? Yet Lawson isn’t even in heat 6........ whats the point of having an updates site that is wrong every race almost!
  6. No way I can do a Thursday night form Essex to Poole so I won’t be there. Would like to do an away track visit this season so may go the NSS but Poole would be low in my list because of travel time and I’m unlikely to see a good meeting
  7. Try reading what I write again it’s obviously an issue to you Brady has had an issue of going missing later on in meetings..... I even said he may have turned the corner in that respect I look at the Poole team and it’s called an opinion of where the weaknesses may be. In my opinion Worrall is the weak link at the moment..... Jack has been average but upped his game the last couple of meetings and Richie needs to do the same. The good news is that he rides against us next and we are poor away and he goes well at Foxhall so I can see him scoring well in those matches. At Ipswich we have riders doing poorly in Harris and Bellego though Bellego was flying against Lynn so maybe he is turning the corner with his form.... Are you a tad to precious to accept any form of criticism or opinion against your team....... sorry must say that all the Poole team are amazing......
  8. I know there isnt much options but so far the reserves have got 3,2,3,2,6,4 (and 5 from Berge) They need at home to be getting 8 or 9
  9. Cant knock that comeback but Belle Vue threw it away. I dont think this Poole 1-7 can win the league and strangely enough the team seem better away from home............wins at two good tracks at Swindon and Belle Vue.......but being thumped at home by Swindon and losing to Kings Lynn shows the limitations. And if the team does to well to soon then it will be harder to make changes and Worrall has to be a worry
  10. Mechanical gremlins are part of the sport.....Bellego had the misfortune in one heat to have the same and he was flying and could have beaten Palm Toft and stopped Lynn getting a point. Swindon need a reserve change that much is clear. Doyle likely to be back in the next couple of weeks.... Ellis as a second string at home will be scoring well and Lampart chipping in with 6 will work most weeks.......Its harsh but if Swindon make a reserve change they will win the league in my view
  11. Theres always if and buts Was said that if Proctor and Lambert had ridden to their average then Lynn would have beaten Ipswich......well if Harris and KP had ridden to theirs then Ipswich would have won by a lot more Heat 3 Tobi goes into the tapes and a likely 5-1 becomes a 3-3 Heat 4 Tungate packs up and a likely 4-2 to the Panthers becomes a 3-3 Heat 5 Swindon on a 5-1 and race awarded to early....if it was re-run would Hans have beaten either of the Robins unlikely as he led the first race and only got into second briefly as Tobi was carrying to much speed...my opinion result would have been the same. Heat 13 Hans into the tapes and in my opinion wouldnt have scored in that race so scores the same Heat 14 Ellis into the tapes and lets say that at worst he would have split the Panthers so a 5-1 to the Panthers would have been a 4-2 Would have made the final score 48-42....and the points the same It is all about opinion but in the end the points thrown away by both sides balanced out. What let Swindon down was Batch and Tobi only getting 13 between them.... they normally value for around 20. Well done to Peterborough though taking advantage of a coupe of riders having off nights If Doyles replacement can be a good as Brady was then i cant see anyone beating this Swindon side at home once they fully dialled in....they do need one good reserve change and they will be the hot favourites for the league
  12. If Harris and KP rode to their averages Ipswich would have won by more Its all ifs buts and maybes
  13. Maybe he is turning the corner then but he had a history of starting meetings well and tailing off. Thought the meeting was ok for tv but there have been better and there has been much worse Dont understand why Ellis wasnt in heat 15 had looked quicker than Tobi all night......though he must learn at the start line maybe hey thought he might jump again or touch the tapes
  14. I think he struggles to turn the bike at the moment Heat 6 yesterday he was off of gate one....he made the jump and then just left a huge hole which Jorgensen slipped up the inside off of the first bend. It wasnt as if Jorgensen was off of 4 and cut back he was off of gate 2..... and probably couldnt believe his luck
  15. I stand between the start and first bend and I thought Cam ran in to quick and he did touch Andersen so in my opinion it was the right decision as much as it pains me to say
  16. Lambert was poor. Didn’t seem interested when missing the gate. Kerr also was very poor in my opinion Ty did average and Jorgensen was always in the mix Riss was sublime to watch seems to love Foxhall MPT was good value and I thought Andersen was on the pace as well. Good point for the Stars
  17. Three heat leaders scoring only 11 between them at home isn’t good enough
  18. Hate to say this but can see two 5-1’s to Lynn in the last 2 heats... Riss and MPT and then Riss and Lambert.... hope I’m wrong
  19. Throwing points away today and Harris looks like a junior at the moment
  20. First visit for me since last April ..... still the coldest place on earth
  21. Dear lord Poole have a larger fanbase but its known that when the team does poorly the fans stay away
