Yep...........and if you had actually bothered to read my post my last line said exactly that.......guess it was easier just to have a pop
-
Yawn.......why you feel the need to keep repeating the same old line.................. change the record
-
100% correct

Nobody is 'slamming' the team, purely stating the risks involved. I would say Peterborough fans think their team is exciting and also looking very strong, along with the Wolves team. You say Jack and Brady will only improve year on year well last season Brady went backwards and there is no margin this time for that to happen Klindt was good last season but debatable if he can do it again and Josh and Worrall have reached their peaks i would say. Maybe Woryna and Freddie did price themselves out of the team but both are younger then the rest and can only get better.... Pooles team may work but it isnt what i would class as one to get the juices flowing Still it could be worse you could support Ipswich and just be waiting for the scraps nobody else wants!
-
wish id read your post before replying as ive said the same Holder may cope just its a risk
-
They are a level above but i wouldnt trust them over here to reproduce their form in Poland
-
He may be guilty of over riding to prove himself. Holder and Kurtz need double figure scores not just 8 or 9 a meeting anymore
-
I think there is a lot of pressure on Kurtz and Holder, a pressure Kurtz couldnt handle last season and a pressure Morris couldnt at Swindon. Maybe Jack can but it remains to be seen. Josh G isnt getting any better at this stage of his career but seems to be one of the riders included. Woryna was massively overhyped by the odd Poole fan before he came. Poles are notoriously different riders over here then in their homeland and i said before a wheel was turned he would be a different rider to the one who was doing well in Poland. The money is in Poland not here and Worynas best equipment was hardly likely to be over here. I would say the same if Drabik or Smektala joined a UK club, its a massive massive risk irrelevant of their form elsewhere.
-
I know Ford looking to cut costs but its like thank you and goodbye to young talent Woryna according to the rose tinted fans was lined up to be a gp superstar and now he isnt coming back. Freddie did so well in his first season and can only go one way yet he is discarded. Klindt had a great season but is known to be flaky, maybe he wont this year. If as seems likely Josh is back then thats a risky top 3 in my opinion
-
Answered your own question there....oh and in case you were wondering i posted on the Ipswich thread earlier Ive also posted on the Peterborough thread today and funnily enough not one of their fans had a moan.....just a Poole thing i guess very touchy
-
Thank you for a perfectly reasonable response to a fairly simple question and well answered.......perhaps you can teach some other Poole fans how to debate
-
Why is this having a kick at Poole? Such a fickle bunch. Merely questioning wether the commute might affect Jensen and then people jump all over everything. I never posted anything as fact and never said it was but hey dont let that get in the way of you having a dig.
-
Richie Worrall left Glasgow before signing for Poole or around a similar time. Harris (correct me if im wrong) lives down south so his commute was north My point is if Jensen lives north will the commute affect him
-
Where is Jensen based? Rode for Workington last season and signed for Glasgow this season. That will be an extremes of distance if his two home clubs are Poole and Glasgow
-
Seems that Poole wont have the best reserve pairing in the league after seeing Peterboroughs Rasmus Jensens name been bandied about but a risk seeing as the only tracks he has seen are Ipswich and Peterborough i think but he flew at Foxhall all be it from number 7 but he is a fast gater which may help. Surely Poole wont get rid of Woryna? We were told he was a future GP star this time last season and now he is not staying? Also strange that Jacobsen isnt wanted either did very well in his first season can only get better
-
There has always been bad blood between Barker and Cook so that might be interesting
-
We know we have Nicholls King Lawson Heeps and Allen...... who are the other 2?
-
Covatti will be up and down that’s a fact. Saw it many times at Ipswich where he could look unbeatable and then the next week struggle. Poole fans I’m sure will get a taste of his inconsistency. Much may depend on the fellow reserve One thing you will get with Covatti is a racer so if he misses the gate as usual you tend to get some excitement
-
I wouldn’t say it looks weak but it’s a risky looking team like it was at the start of last season Can Holder handle the pressure Can Kurtz move his career forward or will it stagnate Can Klindt carry on that form or will he revert to type. If all the answers to the above are yes then Poole will do ok and if not guess they will make the usual 10 changes I said at the start of last season the original line up was risky and I was 100% correct Look at Swindon’s top 4 for example , no risks at all and a likely improver in Ellis
-
King , Lawson, Nicholls are certainties Heeps and Allen likely Not sure what that leaves for the other 2 riders
-
Yes it’s my pressing responsibility the Ipswich team I can comment where I like thanks though for your concern.
-
So Poole going for strength in depth again. Risky top two. Kurtz proved last season he couldn’t handle being a number one and now Jack Holder has to try and hold that position down Doyle helped Morris 2 seasons ago and we saw what happened to Morris last season with the pressure of being a number one he went the same way as Kurtz Lot of pressure on the 2 young Aussies , they can both be erratic and I’d be surprised if either don’t get injured at some point (hopefully not)
-
Yes it does but its a far more solid team than last year Morris only getting 7-9 points a meeting will be replaced by Doyle getting 12-14 Smith getting 0-1 a meeting will be replaced by Shanes getting 3-5 Zach will score the same if not better And if the Pole only gets 4-5 he will only be 3-4 less than Bellego and may be replaced. Ellis will only get better This Swindon side looks very strong and wont suffer in heats 13-15 like they did at times last season
-
I disagree 2017 Swindon, Doyle and Morris 2016 Wolves , Lindgren and Woffinden 2015 Poole, Holder and Magic 2014 Poole, Ward and Magic 2013 Poole, Ward, Holder, Magic I would say that in all of those years the teams with the best and strongest top 2 were champions Last year without injuries Somerset or Kings Lynn would have been champions in my opinion with Doyle/Holder , Lambert/Iversen pairings. I dont believe Poole would have won the league if the other teams hadnt had issues , again not a dig at Poole just my opinion. In a very watered down league coming up then strength in depth may work but i think its wrong to say its always been the case. Im hoping this season it may be as god knows what 7 us at Ipswich are going to end up with!
-
Doyle and Shanes will outscore what Morris and Smith did by at least 6 points a meeting They were weaker with Morris/Zach/Smith and didnt make the play offs, they have clearly improved their 1-7
