Wasn't there tonight as working 8-8 tomorrow so no point traveling from the Midlands. Glad we have our first win, disappointed not by more as seems we deserved more. Was very surprised not to see Hougaard in heat 15 as think he offers more top end strength. Spoke to my uncle and he said Graversen was a bit of the pace for this league and Tungate bikes were terrible. Glad to hear the racing was good but didn't ask, what was the crowd like?.
-
I would say Bjerre is better than Riss personally. This result rests purely on Tungate and Grajczonek they have to pick up the points and should both be double figures at home.
-
Going to be a hard meeting I think. Bates is up there with Klindt as the best reserve in the league, King has been suffering with bike gremlins but is capable of much more, Gomolski can ride the OTA well and Bjerre has started the season well. Presumably no Grajczonek and Tungate struggling, it is going to be very hard and we could even lose.

However you word it though something happened and I suppose I'm just venting my disappointment on something that would damage morale around the team. I don't think any fan would want that at any club. Besides even if I am mistaken I'm only human and was following what i saw from people who were there on the King's Lynn Updates Twitter.

If you look at the post I wasn't sure on if it was a hard move that's why I haven't commented on the crash. I've only commented on the fighting in the pits which has been said by multiple people who were there. It's wrong and shouldn't be happening with team members they are grown ups and should know better.

Sorry was on the King's Lynn Vs Somerset thread, post 51 i think. https://mobile.twitter.com/undefined/status/849721621258612736 Tbh makes sense as if he had injured his hand in the crash he wouldn't have been scrapping with Wright.
-
That was from more than one person who were there, on the king's Lynn update Twitter and it was mentioned earlier in this thread i think.
-
Not sure but they shouldn't be fighting each other especially the captain.
-
Tungate is struggling with his bike as he scored 12 for Lejonen. Disappointed with Grajczonek though injured his hand punching Wright with his helmet on. Fine if Wright knocked him off but he is captain supposed to be setting an example.

As a Rebel fan that's all I ask to me we haven't disgraced ourselves at all, essentially being 2 riders down with Josh's injury and Tungate struggling with his bike it seems. Then two who were doing their first meeting of the season one has never seen the track and another hasn't ridden in a year. May seem like an excuse but all the little things come together to make things harder. -

Must be tired didn't realise I put injury meant struggling with bike. Scored 12 in Poland so must be his bike, seems under power. Corrected. -

6/7 points more and we would have been walking away with a BP. Josh with a bad fall and injury and Tungate struggling with an underpowered bike. Graversen beat his opposite number and I'm sure would have done in heat 2, on his first night of racing. Allen has never seen the track and first night of racing so decent from him. Wright, Starke and Hougaard have all done well. Get Tungate and Grajczonek going and that doesn't seem a weak side to me. If not then Garry won't hesitate to change. -

Ah Mario Jirout, great rider but absolutely nutty. I think we have a team that is definitely capable of keeping things close. Paddy is the key, he can trouble the big hitters and that is the key as heat 13 and 15 is going to be KL strongest areas. People wrote us off last year and we showed great team spirit, I'm sure we can show that again. -

I didn't know the King's Lynn positions and the Somerset team is the numbers they had at P&P. -

Personally don't think it will be as comfortable as people think. Holder and Lambert apart I don't think there is too much difference. Hougaard is more than a match for Batchelor, Starke and Wright are a match for Rose and Porsing and depending which Huckenbeck turns up our reserves are equal if not better so don't think it will be comfortable at all. -
Somersets first meeting in the top tier. Going to be very hard against the Pairs champions. King's Lynn Chris Holder Niklas Porsing Troy Batchelor Lewis Rose Robert Lambert Kai Huckenbeck Josh Bailey Somerset Rohan Tungate Paul Starke Charles Wright Patrick Hougaard Josh Grajczonek Jake Allen Jan Graversen Will be a tight match i think, King's Lynn obviously have the better top end but Rebels have more strength in depth. A lot will depend on Batchelor and Huckenbeck as to if Somerset can keep it close.

Well me and my uncle had the flag at the start line all last season and wasn't told we couldn't put it up, didn't put it up last night but never heard that it wasn't allowed and not mentioning his name but the guy who was told to take his flag down took it home and away last season so obviously he wasn't told either. They only said they were changing it, they haven't put on the website or social media that fans couldn't put it up. -

Not finding fault I was sticking up for the commentator in the crowd and just find the commentator a bit boring, only my opinion, not finding fault. With the flag not everyone had been told as we have one in the car and didn't know we couldn't bring it in. Meeting may have started late but was run incredibly well and people can take note. -

Each to their own but he does it to Garry May and the riders as well, He is a lot more entertaining than the one on the centre green. Spence is funny and is a laugh and is entertaining, nobody should take him seriously as he does it in jest. -

Bit harsh, the guy on the centre green is a bit boring but Spence who was out in the crowd, yes he made some comments but only was trying to get the crowd going. -

Whether he did or didn't if KK has a history of doing this then he shouldn't be in British speedway. Anyway congrats to KL best pair all night with no one near them. Track was decent but could have done with another watering later in the meeting. Crowd was big which was good to see. -

Rider turnout was good with only the Poole pair pulling out. Time promotions stood up to riders like that.
