  1. Why not contact them directly, rather than hope someone reads this page?
  2. No. At the start of the season King raised his own hopes, and hasn't responded. Fair enough that he's much or a muchness, alongside other such riders, but I'm sure even King himself would accept that he's not done as well as expected.
  3. But that is a let down, given that he was full of himself at the start of the season, with statements about challenging the top two. He should have had the pressure off with Doyle and Sayfutdinov leading the way, but failed to respond.
  4. He was much better than that last season - just goes to show how different it might have been in the 2022 Final if he had scored just 9 from 5 - that would have shut up all the whingers.
  5. Maybe like for like, but there was no mention of Laguta in the decision to call off the meeting ... Ipswich could have insisted KL ride, or demanded a forfeit - I wonder if they did?
  6. Witches well and truly shafted by KL's lack of team ...
  7. http://www.kingslynn-speedway.com/_mobile/news.php?extend.31408
  8. Why should there be any sanctions? It's not their fault they have a number of injuries, and there isn't much choice for guests.
  9. No - although they have arranged a Wednesday afternoon banger destruction derby, with orders to hit the pit gate as hard as possible.
  10. Steve Worrall and Ben Barker became just the 33rd and 34th riders respectively to win a rostrum place in the British Final, since its inauguration in 1961.
  11. Two former Ipswich riders, a couple of former Workington riders, a couple of former King's Lynn riders, a couple of former Stoke riders , etc., etc. ...
  12. Lawson has better record on countback, i.e. 1 win and 3 second places. Head-to-head is only when countback is the same.
  13. Dan has a dislocated shoulder from a crash at Foxhall last Thursday.
  14. Looks like nobody has volunteered to text to Live Updates ...
  15. #BusterGate provided both openness and transparency: apparently there was no "openness" for the pit gate, and we could all see through the excuses ...
  16. That’s an interesting thought, although they would need Holder to return by 31 August. Not sure if Pickering and/or Ellis and/or Kerr would be excited at the prospect of being released …
  17. As I said earlier: the average is irrelevant, he's replacing Holder.
  18. His average is irrelevant - even if he was on 4.03, he's been signed to replace Holder ...
  19. 7.03!! https://britishspeedway.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/p23_issue_23-2.pdf
  20. I wouldn't say "better" prepared - I would suggest they are prepared to suit the unstable rocket ships they like to ride ...
  21. I think you mean you've seen more fat on a butcher's knife. Doyle will be muscly and very lean.
