Not girders. The Ipswich fence was collapsible on impact. With nothing to hang the airbags on, they had to develop a frame - the posts are at the back, don't think they've ever caused a problem?

They messed the team up by signing Pedersen. Quite a few people predicted he would find it tough, and wouldn't last the season. Obviously, no one guessed it wouldn't even be a lap!
