One minute you talk about clubs 'cutting their cloth accordingly' and then clubs 'taking the risk' and bringing top level riders over?! Yet if a couple of clubs are financially sound enough to employ 'top' riders but the others in that league aren't then how does that solve any of speedway's problems. You also compare British Speedway unfavourably with Sweden and Denmark as if they have no problems at all - wrong!!

From the statements from the Monarchs Promotion, they seem very confident that Edinburgh will be coming to tapes in 2023. Its not as if this latest announcement has come as a surprise so the Promotion have clearly been working on possible alternatives for some time. Lets hope they are fruitful

Poole v Berwick rearranged for Weds 29th June and its still being streamed on BSN. Weds 29th June was going to be a free date as Poole host the Championship Riders meeting on Saturday 2nd July, but hey ho.
