Well done Richard. Great achievement man

Ive had arm pump when downhill mountain biking! It can get you when you least expect it, ive had it out of the blue a few times. No option but to stop riding for 10 mins, just cant hang on any longer, cant feel your hands and feels like arms are made of metal, it is awful and very painful, but quite suprising for a pro speedway rider to suffer it.

Thought all the team rode well. Great meeting

Some team is going to get a shock from Berwick, hope its tomorrow night

Yeah, cos its all about you!! I found it interesting.

My dad talks of Josef riding at Berwick in a Berwick v West Germany fixture. i think Josef was killed not too long after this meeting. He remembers him flying round the boards in spectacular fashion! My father never forgot him. RIP Josef. Ride the stars.x

Remember when Belle Vue didnt bother to turn up at Berwick in 1991. Big crowd in the stadium, think they arranged a mini meeting with berwick riders and second halfers!

Yeah right. Barkers on his new bikes.

He's ok, no broken bones, spent the night in Hospital for observation.

Oh man Kenneth, whoo hooo.x

A very Cool video. Some tracks aint even got any photos from press/practice!

Steve Schofield, Tommy Palmer

Anders thomsen 5.68

Good luck Matty, been a pleasure to watch. gives it 100% every race. Thats all i wanna see

I really like the look of your team. Gonna be exciting being a Sheffield fan next season. Good luck.

Yes. He's pretty good around Berwick.

Dan Halsey on 3.00 could be worth a shot, 9.23 NL average, NL riders champion. If we need a 3 pointer.

I would say Wilson, True Grit. As much as i was never a fan, Carr.

True. 100% every race, i like Kus, scores the points, just doesn't excite. When's Kozza next race, oh wow he's out in this one, Never say that about matej.

Yeah definitely gotta have Claus at 5, seb at 3, possibly Barker at 1. How about Kozza? I know some will say a step backwards, but he's so good to watch!!

Engine tuners are to blame i reckon, Even premier league reserves paying big money to stay competitive. With costs spiriling out of control it has to have a knock on effect with admission price. The only logical antidote is standardisation of equipment, superstock speedway. Another thing, my cousin rode mid 80s-early 90s premier league second string/third heat leader, He reckons back then most riders held down full time jobs, with only the very best guys riding speedway full time!!

Alex Edberg sorted Cook out at Edinburgh, lol

Stead would sort Cook out at Berwick easy.

Should race Poole

Is joe Tabaka ever going to ride again? Great rider.
