  1. Bowtell for Freeman is frankly ludicrous, even though it’s in the rules. Like replacing Heeps with Bjarne.
  2. If we could get Ben Basso to reserve for the playoffs that would be a major plus. Danny Hume has showed he is capable of holding his own against other reserves and some second strings.
  3. Should imagine so. There has been for every meeting so far. It will show up here just before start time. https://m.vk.com/speedwayrussian
  4. Poole finally gave their official 1-7 on Wednesday for the visit of Newcastle. We welcome Benjamin Basso to the number 2 berth which has been filled with guests since the dropping of Aussie Zane Keleher. By the look of it we have ourselves a talent, but he will need time to bed in so mustn’t expect too much from him for this one. We pasted Newcastle a couple of weeks ago in their own patch and think this one could go in a similar direction. Hopefully they will put up a fight.
  5. https://m.vk.com/video-53550004_456241083?list=60d0e2894ae3be292b&from=wall-53550004_34250
  6. Kolodziej blew it big time. Thank god no injuries but what a 5hitshow for the sport. Holding it an unknown track in the backside of nowhere does not promote the sport in any way, shape or form. Every single time we are served up a horrible slick track but this time with ruts which throws the leading rider to the back. Give next year to BV on a Saturday night and let the bv track staff prepare the track. Full stadium, great racing and British speedway shown in a good light. Today showed why the sport is in decline.
  7. Possibly the worst GP Challenge in the history of the event. And that is saying something!
  8. Track is desperate. Slick and ruts. Frankly dangerous and a terrible advert for the sport and for any riders who are actually racers, no chance. Lambert given up. Adam Ellis clearly not fit but brave to give it a go. Bewley just hanging on. Smolinski? FFS!
  9. Leicester would have produced better racing. Still, Smolinski might not have qualified! This years KK? Hope not.
  10. Watching both, then the big one at 3pm. Salford v the mighty Swindon Town. Got to be better than this.
  11. This is awful. Seriously, how are these tracks chosen? Biggest bribe? We could end up with the gp filled with rubbish next year. Why wasn’t BV chosen?
  12. Why am I not surprised at the track? Almost totally predictable bald track perfect for the fast starters. Curb crawler Smolinski to GP? Please to god no.
  13. Brits fail miserably with obvious track conditions. Giving up positions with ludicrous track moves. Awful track concrete with dust on top. Gate and stick to white line FFS!
  14. Think Havvy needs to look at the program more later in the meeting and keep his finger on what is happening. Little mistakes Mount up and are the difference between win and lose in a tight meeting. Berwick for example. We have three away meetings left and Havvy will do two of them.
  15. Havelock made the exact same mistake at Berwick giving an unwarranted ride to James Wright, when he had done nothing but Hume had scored well. He repeated the same error ladt night when it was obvious Cook was struggling and Hume was scoring. Thought he would have learned.
  16. I didn’t purchase it I was offered the chance to watch it and report on any bugs etc.. Yes it’s not officially live. The stream was excellent though with a commentator and guest rider from Berwick. A few very small gremlins but to be honest it was good enough to pay £12 for and no one would have been disappointed. Four camera production with full colour graphics which would Shame Eurosport.
