Kerr won't be at Workington, someone is stirring things me thinks!
-
Would be the case with a lot of riders then!
-
Does anyone know about Belle Vue having priority over you guys when it comes to Worrall? Read some comments from Matt Ford about Grajczonek doubling down and Poole would have priority, just wondered if anyone could shed light
-
Rene Bach signs and becomes an asset, happy days!!!
-
Edinburgh won't be giving up Craig Cook, anyone thinking otherwise is wrong
-
Big shame about Tero, very likeable guy who gave his all. Best of luck to him
-
I think we will have a heat leader trio of Bach, Bjerre and Wells. Cook would be a no on his average, Doyle and Barker aren't popular at DP, Worrall doesn't like Workington. Stead maybe, Morris possibly, Grajczonek possibly given his links with Kyle. Should find out this week anyway
-
In what way are you being squeezed? We had the cheapest admission last year, that isn't squeezing is it? Lots of things are being auctioned off but no one is forcing you to buy anything! At least there wasn't a compulsory donation added to the admission price!

Have Sheffield got an air fence ordered? Surely by the time of any sale ordering and manufacturing will take too long?
-
No, he is a Workington asset
-
In the Times and Star its confirmed that Richard is leaving and it was his choice, think it was on the cards for a while. Best of luck to him except when he races against us
-
Might be Richard Lawson as your number 1, its confirmed he is leaving Workington
-
He will stay, no worries
-
If it's true I think it is best for both sides, who will be number 1 though???
-
Workington Facebook and Twitter saying it
-
We need to get Rene signed up quick now if Peterborough end up in the PL, they would surely want to use him as he is their asset
-
Now we can all get speculating! Definite for me - Rene, Kyle, Mason Hopefully - Ash, Tero and Ricky Wells Don't know about the balance, may have to lose Tero or Ash to gain another heat leader and 3 pointer

Doubling Up - Should It Be Allowed?

Some interesting views from Craig Cook on Twitter, I'm inclined to agree Craig Cook @the_cookstar10m Just reading the BSF thread on doubling up. Some of the opinions on there are ridiculous. If I couldn't double up I wouldn't be riding..... Expand Craig Cook @the_cookstar5m ... as I couldn't afford it. I will be aiming to double up again in 2014. I also think doubling up should be aloud for all British riders... Expand Craig Cook @the_cookstar3m ... The likes of @DannyKingRacing who has ridden very few meetings in 2013 could benefit from this. About time GB looks after the Brits ✌️ -
I would say it's somewhere between 700-1000 this year, from a town of 25,000 people I think that's pretty good 1000 probably on the high side, closer to 700 I reckon

I would be amazed if Cook ended up back at Derwent Park, can't see it. I can see Rene starting the season at number 1 for us Quite like that team, but don't think Rusty will be in it, from his FaceBook posts he seems to be planning other things. I think Rusty out of that along with Wright, bring in Tero and one other, still love Wells at some point too! I know he wouldn't fit in that side though
-
Travelling to Poole probably!
-
I can't see Kenny riding in this country again which would be a shame, he was a good racer. I think Rene and Kyle are certs for the team but would you go for strength in depth and have Ash and Mason at reserve or a bit more top heavy with a 3 pointer in and Mason in the main body? Crowds have definitely been up on the last couple of years - new promotion, cheaper entrance and free excellent quality race card will have all contributed to that I would imagine
-
After last nights interviews on the centre green it really didn't sound like Richard wanted to come back, maybe a parting of the ways is best for all concerned. On the other hand Rene, Ash and particularly Kyle were really keen, Kyle would be the first name on my sheet, the lad is a future star. Just wanted to mention Chris too, he acknowledged he had had a shocking season but he gave it his all and I think the whole crowd appreciated that on his final lap, all the best Chris and many thanks

I agree with a lot of what you say, I fear Tero may be the one to miss out which would be such a shame, he is a great lad and such a trier. I would have Rusty back if he could get some consistency, he gets so down if he has a bad meeting and I know it's because he cares so much but it can have a bad effect on the team. I agree the reserves is where it's hard to predict, I think Ashley will be back though, probably at 7 and with Schramm performing so well when guesting he is a steal. Anyway let's give our 2013 Comets a good send off tonight in the Cumberland Open, although I'm sure Cookie will win it lol
