Today is the 40th anniversary of Billy’s passing and the club are marking the occasion with a special second half. a plaque and mural have been in Billy’s pit space ever since. Fondly remembered and never forgotten even when the compulsory pit hoarding covered the mural a replica one soon was on the pits wall. I remember going to foxhall 40 years ago and how surreal and sense of absolute shock at foxhall. I guess many fans will want to remember Billy and once again pay our respect The second half will be much more significant to many than the league meeting.
