  1. I remember seeing Foord make his NDL debut at Eastbourne and it was frightening !!! brilliant to see him really improve and score very decent points in the championship.
  2. Isn’t concussion a mandatory 7 day suspension and possibly more depending on your age ?
  3. And if Jason Doyle was there etc etc but they weren’t.
  4. We are going to have to agree to disagree. If they wanted to boost Jordan’s confidence maybe put him in gate 2 in heat 15 rather than the graveyard gate 4. Whilst you would expect to win at home in the second leg surely you want to build a big as lead as possible? if the riders only rode for Ipswich I could understand trying to protect them but most of them ride in 2or 3 different leagues.
  5. I don’t buy that explanation. It’s like expecting steak and chips and getting a manky cheese sandwich instead. Disappointing end to a great evening.
  6. Few observations. Great crowd last night and the track was like a billiard table and perfectly watered. thought lynn battled well with a depleted team and fought hard. Rew was much much improved from his may showing. surprised Buster did such a extensive track grade after heat 12 as the track was then similar to heat one. Ipswich had the best gates and just gated and kept it on the kerb. I’m sure had no grading had been done lynn may have done better in heat 13 heat 15 was a major disappointment i think for both sets of fans. To be denied to see Emil and keynan in the last race is poor as we are paying to see the top scorers race not the team managers favourite. I’m sure the lynn fans would rather see Emil again. Buster after the meeting had a massive grin on his face which considering he had lost at home to the local rivals surprised me but I’m sure the decent crowd done wonders for the bank balance. all in all a good well fought battle between both teams. With the right result at the end.
  7. The bigger question is WHY has musielak and tarasenko walked out on you. Bomber agreed terms with you and then choose Oxford. Even someone like Richard Lawson who was hugely successful for you didn’t return. why can’t you retain riders ? Musielak has ridden for wolves Swindon and Sheffield with an unblemished record and is popular with fans and management alike. there are always three sides to every story with the truth in the middle. I’ve only heard one side and if that’s true what I’ve heard I’m not surprised he hasn’t returned.
  8. So how does that stop him guesting ? If he is in a declared line up he is allowed to guest
  9. The clubs really don’t help themselves do they. It costs nothing to promote your own fixtures and they obviously can’t be bothered. Hence why so many former customers don’t bother either.
  10. Is he on busters list with holder batch schlien Pickering jakobsen et all
  11. Ipswich are using R/R at 1 Ellis at 2 Emil at 3 Dan Thompson at 4 king at 5 Rew at 6 and Jenkins at 7. interesting line up. Understand splitting up Ellis and king and hopefully Danny won’t get in the way of the reserves at 5. Bit concerned using R/R in case Dan Thompson struggles with his shoulder on a grippy track and pulls out. seeing as we haven’t got Brennan or Nicholls I wonder if Lynn are using them instead ?
  12. Pickering was injured and had been replaced but was going to be reintroduced possibly as fredrik Jacobsen had walked away. (Sounds familiar) but chose to go to Sheffield instead. And I believe he was the lynn captain before his injury
  13. Can’t believe kings lynn didn’t sign him as soon as he became available.
  14. I think that they don’t put enough water into the track the previous day and early on a match day. also the water bowser isn’t good enough. It’s more of a sprinkler. I think Poole and Oxford suffer from the same problem.
  15. Like every top rider I’d imagine 80% of their earnings come from Poland. Musielak has ridden for Wolverhampton , Swindon and Sheffield without any issues and not missing meetings at a moments notice unlike many poles who haven’t been as committed to British speedway.
  16. When and who was the last rider to claim publicly they haven’t been paid during the season. unfortunately it’s fairly common in Poland Sweden and England. But generally the riders don’t call it out til after the season has finished as they don’t want to rock the boat as they hope payment is forthcoming. When they realise it isn’t only then do they say so publicly. I too have no idea if this is the situation musielak has experienced and to be fair I’ve never heard of Buster not paying on time. But I think that the truth may be very different to what’s in the public domain. But I’m sure we will never know.
  17. If this situation with tobi went to court the BSPL would not have a leg to stand on. it just needs a brave promoter to take on the cartel.
