Ipswich vs Sheffield 27th MayRacin Jason 72 replied to 2ndbendbeerhut's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League Jack isn’t very good at Ipswich. Last time in the play off semifinal he faked injury so Poole could use R/R in his last two rides. trouble was he limped on the other leg he claimed firstly a toe injury and then it was his knee. more chance of Ritchie Hawkins riding at Edinburgh than holder at foxhall

Fan/rider interactionRacin Jason 72 replied to Phil The Ace's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League The late Danny Ayres was the master of celebration and that was one of the many reasons he was so popular. many riders said they wanted to honour his memory this year and for me the best way is to celebrate like Danny !!!

Ipswich V Belle Vue 20th MayRacin Jason 72 replied to Arch Stanton's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League I’m just pleased to see live action in a stadium with fans. I thought the result was fair and well done to both teams for entertaining us on such a cold evening. I bet Swindon and Somerset fans would love to be in our position.

Agreed. Very pleased to see Jake back.

Travel arrangements are a major problem. He would have missed half our fixtures due to lack of flights and Covid testing. however this was obviously known before yesterday before we all bought tickets call me cynical but the promotion have short changed us yet again.

Rent is rumoured to be 4K per meeting. Huge risk for any promotion

And that’s why speedway is on its arse

After last weeks investigative bit by the local reporter you would think the Hancock’s would either confirm or deny the report or reassure the fans on the future

	The silence is deafening.

Swindon Robins 2020Racin Jason 72 replied to Crazy robin's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League No speedway club profits from greyhound racing. While some share the stadium the greyhound stadiums are all owned by council or greyhound companies not one speedway owned stadium allows greyhound racing in their stadium. I understand your position but speedway promotions are not responsible in this situation. Although I can see why the two sports seem connected. good luck to you

And rumours of a 4K a meeting rent making it a massive risk

Greatest ever improvement?Racin Jason 72 replied to enotian's topic in Speedway News and Discussions Dean standing was a excellent heat leader for Ipswich in the national league in 89 and 90 and I think he was reluctant to go into the top league when Ipswich went upon 91. Ended up going to Stoke and had a torrid time before signing for Swindon and I think he retired. extremely stylish rider. Now living in Australia
