All of them are riding apart from Plymouth. And mpt Hans and Ben barker can’t guest today due to other commitments
-
You can always tell what kind of season cam will have on press day. One chin equals a very good season two or more chins and it’s a poor season

I’m sure the grandstand seats 2,000 edit. According to the panther’s website the stand seats 2,200
-
I like this idea. I’m always inquisitive about the size of the crowd. interesting I was at the Ben fund and sat in the stand which looked quite full. However when we walked along the back straight the stand was actually only half full. It was very surprising. My guess of the Ben fund crowd would be 1400

Looking at the photo tai posted before the meeting I’d say it was a accident waiting to happen. large stone did the damage. Thankfully it didn’t hit him in the eye -
Not bad for 56 seasons !!!!

2019. Trained hard and got fit and put two points on his average 2021 started overweight and dropped two points and gets sacked twice and was very lucky to keep his place at Kent. winter of 2021 told by management where he needs to improve and all are confident press day 8 months since he stopped racing with plenty of time to train and get fit when will the penny drop ?
-
Do we know if Adam has committed to a full season ?
-
Looking at the press day photos 6 of the 7 riders looked like they have been training hard over the winter and look like athletes which most riders are nowadays. there was one exception. Answers on a postcard

Well done Birmingham. Great team which should be challenging. new air fence and completely newly laid track. New team sponsor. The promotion have ticked everything single box. just need the crowds to come.
-
Thomas Jorgensen maybe
-
I’d go further and give kids season tickets to every school in Ipswich and surrounding areas. With maybe after every 5 meetings the parents get half price admission. it’s called promotion
-
I see admission has gone up to £20 this year. Is this good value for 15 heats of racing ? However if this includes a junior league meeting of six heats then I think it is a reasonable price but what concerns me is that the premiership was supposed to have a junior league last year but it never happened. Here we are with p&p this week and absolutely no idea if this league is going ahead and who will represent Ipswich!!! rumour had it that your premiership 7&8 would head the team which would be excellent and worthy of staying to watch rather than wobblers.

Vissing is a decent signing. Certainly much better than I anticipated but a much needed boost to the top end of the team. the last two signings are going to be very interesting. the promotion have certainly invested in the track and new air fence and hopefully will get a good crowd for the Coventry challenge match. if the weather is good and the racing decent then that will set things up nicely.

I’m guessing any work permits and visas will be delayed as I presume officialdom will be focusing on helping Ukrainian refugees quite rightly

Rules out Klint too
