P'boro' Team Manager Vacancy

Olly Allen is a good shout, but would want paying, instead of doing it for an ego trip. -
Scunthorpe Scorpions 2016?
proud panther replied to Paul Johnson's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Nothing against any of the riders, but it seems strange when some supporters are happy with Lyager & Holub on 7 point averages, but unhappy with Morris on 4.5. At the end of the season, will those 3 riders averages be much different ? -
Belle Vue -v Wolves 25-03-16 Good Fiday
proud panther replied to Phil The Ace's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
When they do have extensive practice, they should let the public in for free, & try to entice some new fans. With the school holidays next week, it would be a good time to get the kids involved with access to the pits etc. -
If riders like NJB are signed to stop the ridiculous amount of guests being used, it can only be good for the sport in my opinion.

Fours Festival Weekend

Would rather see Panthers race Saturday, & qualify on merit. If we fail, we still have 2 riders riding Sunday, & will make the racing more interesting than watching everybody apart from Panthers race on Saturday. -
Plymouth Remain Open!
proud panther replied to StevePark's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
If the reason for closing the doors is really the low crowd for a meaningless opener, then the promotion have got it badly wrong in my opinion. Suspect there is more to this sad day than that though. Really hope Plymouth can be saved somehow. -
Glyn, have you done all the track, or just bends 3 & 4 ?

Think Scunthorpe look both good & exciting to be honest. -

Could be fun in the showers after the football LOL. -
Credit to the promotion for improving the track. Too much negative press in recent years, so hope this is the start of better things for Stoke speedway.

How many points do Lynn need to lose off the riders averages to relace Kai with Troy at the end of April ?

The extra fans through the turnstiles would have paid for it many times over. Thought DH was supposed to be an astute businessman.

If the track alterations have only cost 6 grand, why weren't they done 3 years ago ?

Can't see it being Bjerre, but then again I can't think of anyone else that is available, unless we start a point under the limit. -
Well done DH, because I have missed Leicester, & will be back next season to hopefully see some top racing. Now put a team together worthy of the loyal Leicester fans.

PK would still be a class act in the Premier League even at his age, & Greg Hancock doesn't seem to be doing too bad at the same age. -
As Peterborough & Redcar have discovered, there isn't many big hitters available.

PK is a more realistic option in my opinion. Would rather have him than Bjerre, because you know PK will still try to win a race if he misses the gate. -
Think Horton is full of rubbishe, but really hope for good new's regarding Coventry's future in 2016.
