Fair play to Scunthorpe, they deserved the win. My only complaint is the state of the track, & the lack of shale to produce good racing. We need to sort this asap, or the crowds will suffer as a result.

Really enjoyed this years GP, thought the racing was top notch. Still think they should make all tickets £40, on a first come first served basis. The touts were trying to sell me 2 under 16 tickets for more than the cheap tickets that I purchased on the day. complete muppets !!

Good all round performance, & Plymouth rode better than the scoreline suggests. Hope Kyle is ok, just inexperience from Holub, no malice intended.

bw double, I agree with you that Hall should be allowed to ride for Buxton. He just needs a few good meetings to get his confidence back, & find a sponsor to help him with his engines. Would hate to see him pack up, & he would give Buxton a massive boost.

Don't think it will improve Berwick short term, but worth a punt when the only other option is riders like Bager, who is only going to get worse.

Could Panthers bring Holub in for Stokes after his 4 matches ?

HOPE we get Cook, because I fear the crowds will drop drastically with the current team, even if Porsing decided to return. Throw in the possible departure of Ged, & it could be curtains for Panthers.

Question is, will Porsing agree to return to Panthers ?

Porsing is the rider who needs to up his game in my opinion.

Put a canopy over the area that needs remedial work. On a multi million pound project, you cant let the weather dictate how long it takes.

Olly Allen is a good shout, but would want paying, instead of doing it for an ego trip.

Well done Sheffield, better team on the night by far. Who is the idiot start marshall this year ? Constantly walking in front of the riders when they are ready to race to call another rider forward.

Nothing against any of the riders, but it seems strange when some supporters are happy with Lyager & Holub on 7 point averages, but unhappy with Morris on 4.5. At the end of the season, will those 3 riders averages be much different ?

Think it will be close, predict a Panthers victory by 8 points.

Wells is better than Garrity, & I think Sheffield will win by at least 10. Will still be there, because the track is normally good, & I haven't had any Speedway this year yet.

When they do have extensive practice, they should let the public in for free, & try to entice some new fans. With the school holidays next week, it would be a good time to get the kids involved with access to the pits etc.

If riders like NJB are signed to stop the ridiculous amount of guests being used, it can only be good for the sport in my opinion.

Would rather see Panthers race Saturday, & qualify on merit. If we fail, we still have 2 riders riding Sunday, & will make the racing more interesting than watching everybody apart from Panthers race on Saturday.

If the reason for closing the doors is really the low crowd for a meaningless opener, then the promotion have got it badly wrong in my opinion. Suspect there is more to this sad day than that though. Really hope Plymouth can be saved somehow.

Glyn, have you done all the track, or just bends 3 & 4 ?
