  1. It'll be a good warm up for the Joe Thurley memorial meeting at Perry Barr 4 days later. I do love these individual meetings, no team riding and everyone giving it their all.
  2. They both need another year in the NL, there's so many people blowing smoke up their arses but i don't think they're ready for PL yet
  3. and what will that do to help third tier / British speedway ?
  4. okay, we've got a few weeks to go, obviously Branford is a massive favourite due to RH's "quirky" track. Realisticly, what's the top three gonna be ?
  5. I looked the other day and thought jeeez it's bad, With all the fanfare on twitter etc I was expecting something better than the usual clubs site but this is much much worse
  6. Ellis back for 2016 ? That would encourage me to visit the heath a few more times, (only been twice this year)
  7. So you couldn't win by cheating and want another go ?
  8. Just noticed on the Updates website that Kelsey was RR in heat 4. I thought RR wasn't counted as a normal ride, therefore he didn't take his minimum 3 rides ? Or have I read that wrong ?
  9. Just noticed on the updates site that Dugard was RR in heat 4. i thought RR didn't count as a normal ride ? Therefore he didn't take his 3 rides ??
  10. Good choice of guests by the Judge, squeaky bum time for both teams.
  11. The frustrating thing is, no matter what Ellis, Tom & Zach do, it's out of their hands. It was reported that the Brummies had enquired about Spiller but were told by the BSPA that they couldn't have him. It'd be ironic if his points denied them the victory .
  12. The cynic in me would say that they bottled it as Spiller was riding in Germany ….
  13. Be nice to see some offered to young up and coming riders too to try out, after all, they are the future.
  14. Got a funny feeling this story hasn't finished yet .....
  15. An insert in the carb to reduce the diameter to 28mm is the easiest and cheapest solution to reduce power, (and the easiest to police)
  16. Ellis leaving for european U21 final in Denmark on the 29th
  17. careful young Georgie, that kind of stuff will come back and bite you on the arse one day ( heat 5 )
  18. Ellis is in the U21 SWC semi the night before in Germany, let's hope there's no slip ups.
  19. The question is, does British speedway need Robert Lambert more the Robert Lambert needs British speedway ? Personally I don't think so
  20. Maybe he has but like most of us he can't understand a word Havvy is saying ?
  21. I see the golden child has been dropped by the Panthers........
