They all had a choice to make, and there’s no correct one, as the majority of these riders are missing two league meetings for this tinpot competition, but I’m sure are privileged to ride for their country.

Flint missed the Glasgow meeting to be a reserve in a European Pairs meeting on the Saturday, where he didn’t even get a ride. If I was a Glasgow fan I wouldn’t be happy with that at all.

A young dane, a young swede, Adam Bubba Bednar, Pollestad, Grmek, a pole not getting a ride for his team, Kyle Newman, Claus Vissing, Adam Ellis, Jonas Jeppesen, Nick Morris, David Bellego, Keynan Rew, Norick Blodorn, Dan Gilkes, Aaron Summers, Dany Gappmaier I’m going to stop now, but don’t say who, as if there’s no riders that would ride. The majority of them probably wouldn’t, but some would, and that’s the point. We’re stuck with Mr Unreliable at 1 when we’re already down to 6 riders, with plenty points in hand, it’s not good enough. This club is making money.

My qualm about Cookie when he was announced was his off track problems, they have proved to be correct, I don’t know how anyone can defend it or stick by him. He has let the club, the fans, and his teammates down, again.
