  1. There’s been proof of at least two wrong calls in Championship this season, with a good few others being very dubious. Now that is fine if those tracks don’t have transponders, but we were told that they were in place now. Also a transponder in speedway simply cannot be reliable, as you cannot attach a transponder to a front tyre can you.
  2. Dust at Shielfield was worse last week, and it will be just as bad tonight, unfortunately in those weather conditions, with the type of shale used now, you either flood the track and the riders won’t ride on it, or you don’t and you get a bit of dust from my point of view. Was no dust on b1 at all really.
  3. Don’t get all the negative comments about the track. Might not be the same as previous years, but was more than enough passing, is the fact that it was Berwick riders doing the majority of them clouding judgement? Fantastic performance from the Bandits last night, brilliant bounceback from Saturday’s home defeat. Kemp, Jye, Borke all excellent.
  4. Fantastic ride by Borke in heat 8, but deserved win for Poole in the end. Pickering very hit and miss unfortunately, we’ve been lucky with Lawson recently, and he proved that tonight. Well done Sam Hagon, brilliant meeting from him. Track seemed awful, and completely different to other meetings this season. Kemp let us down, but could see he wasn’t interested after a shove from his teammate in heat 5. Hume inconsistent, Jye average, Schlein lacked speed. Well done Poole on the win.
  5. Poor planning by Redcar surely, to have Workington and Scunthorpe as their first four home meetings
  6. Too far from NJL? He’s rode Championship level before hasn’t he? Certainly guest bookings.
  7. Where’s Mr Blobby? Where’s Mr Barrie? How many points are Stewart Dickson’s Bandits going to win by tonight?
  8. But Leon will have european/world u21/23 meetings all season, just like tomorrow
  9. If Poland want you, you go to Poland. Do you want to work for £10 an hour, or £60 an hour tomorrow?
  10. Riders should think about that before letting their clubs down then shouldn’t they? I’m not talking about Complin here, but the Morris scenario you are alluding to.
  11. Who’s available to replace him for the season then? If he’s guilty. I know the Glasgow promotion will no doubt be furious if he is!
  12. Because the team manager has confirmed that all riders are fit to ride? And so therefore has lied if he’s signed the form. If a rider 2nd in the averages that hated a particular away track tested positive, and was replaced with RR, the team would be better off, in what way is that fair to the complying team? There’s no easy answer, don’t get me wrong, but you can’t class it as an injury, or missing for riding for another team imo.
  13. But Glasgow, and obviously any other team who have a rider who fails a test trackside, deserve to be punished on the night.
  14. Flint’s wheelies in defeat used to anger a lot of the Bandits fans I’ve spoken to.
  15. Yes they aren’t allowed to say it’s a failed test. Same with Barker, Worrall, Boxall etc.
  16. I love reading the Glasgow fans trying to pretend he hasn’t failed a test. The blinkers are on.
  17. It’s strange as Complin is known for going round the boards… all I can say is he’s clearly been taking the inside line.
  18. A wind off when wind speeds are 30mph, and gusts are 50mph per met office… That’s a bit of an embarrassing call off, when you had a good crowd in last week. Punters will soon fall back out of habit.
  19. Agree with that, plenty Shielfield experience in the Glasgow team.
