Don't they usually leave the best till last though -
Great for the Tigers, and for the sport in the UK. Does anyone know what average he will come in on.

That first team would be great.. if only -
NKI is getting on now. The bloke ain't skint, don't really need the money. He is as good away as he is at home. That's the good thing. He's a good HT13 and 15 man, home or away. He wont average more than 8, but he seems to deliver when it matters.

Poole Pirates 2021

With how Poole fans drop off when they ain't at the top of the league, I wonder how many will support you in div 2. It has to be no more than 25%. -
But Poole ain't. Time to close it. Even Poole can't have a thread in both.Sorry

Not wrong on Poole never did a collection for him, but did for Bombers bike because he still had something to offer Poole... Neilsen didn't with a busted leg.. Could be wrong on him riding for Poole again. I never said he wouldn't, but surprised if he would. -
Tobi is a bargain on 6.21

Happy about that one. Maybe he can put a bit more time into his 2 clubs in 2020. -
I admit I've never been a Poole fan. for the reasons above. A few Poole fans on here have the same "win at all cost" attitude and it don't go down well with some on here, including myself. .Dropping the loyal Mr Poole Chris Holder like a stone when them silly team building averages came out said it all.. I was one of only a couple who thought Ford was bluffing to get something he wanted in 2020. Seems I was wrong. I'll take any flack for that no probs.I guess the silly season begins. Roll on March.

I'm sure he would jump at it seeing how Poole raised so much money for him when he got injured riding for them You was right about the CL.. I'm surprised if i'm honest, I was wrong on that one. -
TBH I didn't think it would happen. I hope it's not a mistake by Ford.
-
Have you seen them, pretty basic. Only 2 on there for sale though. Kurtz and Holder. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Poole-speedway-2019-kurtz-pit-board/372836275145?hash=item56cec613c9:g:axEAAOSwUJNdyGJh

Can't speak for DC. But I don't think Ford will be any better off. Just my opinion, hope i'm wrong with the money side, and it works out well if it happens.
-
That's what I thought when Skidder posted it. So not much of an indication.
-
That's how I see it tbh. Hence the doubts I have of it happening.. Mind you Matt is a lot cleverer than me, business wise, I guess
-
Not having a laugh. But £15 was easier to work out
-
As I had said before, i'll believe when it happens. If you do drop down , I can't see how it will make much difference, if any myself. Ford said it's 25% cheaper running CL. If you loose 200 fans a meeting, that's £3,000 a meeting at £15 each. Entry prices will go down. 1000 fans at £1 each, is another £1,000 a meeting. Will you attract the same sponsor money, not being on TV ? With the new TV deal, you will loose a chunk of money there as well. I know Ford knows his stuff, but I think the 25% might be swallowed up if the above is anywhere near the mark ? Maybe just my way of thinking is off?. Wont be long now and we will no for sure
-
If it is £10,000 then it would cover it, I would of thought. 500 paying fans at an average £15 each would be £7,500.
-
That's the only thing I can think of. Maybe to do with his break up with his ex Mrs? I think it all started around that time?. I don't know how it works tbh. Who knows, but it's very odd that a pro sportsman of his standard and former world number 1 can't work here..
