perhaps we just made the wrong decision, happens -
hardly a major promotion, one sat only and for just 2hrs,no details of what the discount is,just lazy promoting, need to target the kids in the area and get them to bring parents (or at least one) easiest to target when theyre at school so too late this yr,why do poole never have decent kids deals??

she must have had a fair old backlog to catch up mimmo!!(hope her recovery is 100%)

neil basically done the track as normal ray, however following the referees report from the last home meeting complaints from two riders were followed up,the head honcho was going to be at poole but he sent his deputy who arrived wed, thought the track was good, he was there all day thurs observing and monitoring track prep, apparently he was more than pleased and gave track staff and track a big thumbs up,so well done to neil and the team -

shes probably thinking of gavan (edit that doesnt sound good) -
just a reminder to all its the WHOPPA this sat evening first time ever under floodlights, great line-up,live music, beer tent, camping, rides for kids under 16s free i believe.Solos ,1000cc and 500cc sidecars, youth racing in the afternoon(poole promoters please note)plenty of speedway riders competing, all for £15 i believe, first race 7-30 im planning to get there noon and make a day of it,if anybody wants a chat
-
yes think they know that if they let him go on just over 5 he could turn his new team into title winners (could),would make wolves look silly,so i think their view would be" sod it mate your staying here"
-
didnt they ask poole?? lol
-
need to keep speedway at wimborne rd continuously, a break of even one season would create big planning problems youd think. Matt is still a massive poole fan so im sure will do his best for the club, however it appears no one is going to pay anywhere near his reported asking prices maybe have to "give it away" and sell as many assets as possible to whoever
-
doesnt make the club look good, think the target for this season is to spend the bare minimum and filter the maximum then make decisions at the end of the season!

probably mark lemon looked at it and readily agreed to the 10-15 cut off point, realising no way would the last few heats be run but that paul starke would have to take 3 consecutive rides and that would edge the advantage to the aces,a view i would have to agree with however paul got the all important point to win the match -
from what ive been told thats a very good question ray
-
maybe a deal with sheffield "buy one get one free"
-
a possible explanation arthur could be that as you know the meeting sponsors watch the last 2or 3 races from the centregreen then present the rider of the night award, last night rotn was announced, sponsors went on finishing line to present trophy, waited and waited with photographer, no rider arrived ! announcer then said"oh well youll have to give nicoli the trophy in the grandstand",so they trundled off through the long grass, trophy in hand, to the grandstand(klindt is so good with fans it must be bad organisation or communication by organisers)Understand crowd was indeed around the 1000

i know the new co promoters are having to quickly find their feet but it would have made sense to make sure the grader was actually available before announcing in the press that said grader would be in action during this fixture break
