Lee was the most natural English speedway rider i ever see ride but i do agree about Carter certainly.

This system for me is not good anough and there are not endless kids coming through.Even a bloody talented lad like Bewley can only average 4.5 in the Prem and 6 in the Champ a massive jump from junior speedway.

Hand on heart what young riders can you guarantee me now will be at least good Championship riders i have about five only that i would stick my neck out on.This job is a tough one and at the moment i think we will fall even further behind in the next few years.

i I remember Alan Sorensen along with other juniors around that time Bobo Valentine, Billy Wall, Martin Hitch and later in 75 Melvin Soffe.Can you remember John Bishop having a spell with you 69/70 maybe? i went for a few meetings in 73/74 when Kilb joined you i was a big fan went to that big individual meeting there a few years was it the Supporters club trophy.?

Have the speedway star and the express, never really knew alot about Kevin's early career Romford .But have a few programmes of him riding for Young England and i am sure he rode against a young Tommy Jansson,Jansson i remember had a good series for Young Sweden.

Maier, could he be mentioned? Briggs has been noted as a poor team rider (Selfish mentioned) Mirac i know was a great team rider how does Ove,Craven rate on that question team riding skills.? Often forgotten.
