Good meeting. Some good racing. Lions controlled the meeting relatively well. Perhaps we were a little fortunate in both the re runs as we’d missed the gate, but a good win overall . Excellent heat 13. Great heat 14!

Howarth strongest rider at home this season so far. Think losing him probably means Glasgow will nick it. Morris will have to be at his very best. Should be a good one though, looking forward to it

Enjoyed our visit. Excellent track. Good, fast , close racing, wish Leicester’s circuit would produce more of that but hey-ho. Did chuckle when the announcer said Hans Nielsen was riding in white for the lions in heat 13. Maybe we’ll meet again in the play-offs
