I think youve misinterpreted this paragraph, I interpreted is if in top flight half the teams can all ride at home on the same night then surely they could do the same in championship on a Friday as its not clashing with the prem! If its good enough for top league should be good enough for champ too! Hes not suggesting half champ clubs ride same night as prem

Kennett can go very well at Foxhall but blows too hot and cold, need more consistency from heatleaders than he offers, rory for example this year rarely scored less than 8/9 away from home on tracks he hasnt been to for years - not much help getting 17 one week and 2 the next!

That lineup would mean Kyle at no.2 which is a strong rider in that position, also likely to be with nicholls most of the season whos a better team rider than Danny, whereas riding at 5 Dannys primary focus is beating opposite number and hoping reserve beats reserve rather than team riding a no.2 home. Should mean more 5-1s from 1-2 and still plenty of 4-2 from 5-7, cam and nico powerful 3-4 pairing, if cam maintains this seasons level and increases his away consistency could easily put another point on! Both danyon and Jordan would make a mockery of their starting averages, much like this year only thing holding it back would be injuries!!

Perhaps but has averaged into the 5 and a half range previously, decent no.2 and a strong reserve! Plenty of people putting Doolan in potential lineups for you....cant see any improvement there!

Rory returned to ride in Poland second half of this year and has a contract to ride for rzeszow with Hancock next season.

Think theres more improvement and confidence in Hume and Jenkins, however Connor has shown steady progress in the second half of the season, lots of potential, if hes not in the witches frame would fancy him for Peterborough, hes looked good around there as a visiting rider

They absolutely have the choice to themselves as to where they may want to ride, cam himself has been quoted at the end of the season that this year has been his most enjoyable of his career....also cant see that Sheffield are gonna be able to offer a lot more money than Ipswich are, attendance levels and our main backer mean things are fairly rosy in the ippo camp 👍🏻

really can't see heeps not being back with us at ipswich, he's an ipswich asset - had a fantastic season - more improvement to come.....however having been to sheffield this year and seen him ride your track can understand why you'd want him in the team!!

i put down 2 team suggestions, one with nathan at reserve and another with a slightly stronger 1-5 and IMO danyon and jordan the best two available 2 pointers for next season

Hard to disagree with most of this! I do think porsing has always ridden very well at Foxhall tho and with some stability could make a mockery of his average! I just feel with Kyle he overturns too much and scrubs his speed off, leaves him vulnerable to a high side - something weve seen sadly happen and cause injury too often this season! Often when out in front and supposedly cruising too! All this being said injury free Kyle is a far better rider than we saw this season and I wouldnt be unhappy to see him line up again next year 👍🏻

Im sure Doyle said a little while back hed only do uk if next year if its a fixed race night so thats probably why rosco being coy on him being in the team next year.

If set race nights happen I think top flight and staying on a Thursday is more likely for us

What I like about Thursdays is it rarely clashes with over stuff, Friday/saturdays other social things occur and youre on hiding to nothing you either go elsewhere and miss speedway or you go to speedway and get grief from other half for always being being busy!! 😂 dont have a lot crop up on a Thursday particularly often!

I cant see Sheffield going up....surely if there was any chance of that then the Simon stead involvement with the vaculik deal would have been for him to go Sheffield rather than Leicester.....? Also dont think the bates promotion would be able to run two clubs in same league and having signed vaculik commiting themselves to top league at Leicester surely also ends that speculation. I think we are likely to move up and remain a Thursday track though.

Levedevs is ahead of max on the continent at this stage, particularly last year made big strides. Both have the potential to fighting for the world title in a few years.

Fair enough, Id prefer Thursdays and top league, Id miss too many on a Saturday with other stuff going on so probabaly wouldnt renew my season ticket would go more as and when which would be a shame as I like a weekly couple of hours putting the world to right with me old chap!
