    Ian Thomas started Workington in 1970, also brought Workington back in 1999 with tony mole, Tony Jackson got to get a mention, treble cup winner with the comets in 2018, Laura Morgan needs a mention for being in control in 2018

    For a change to be made some new averages will have to come out, and as we have hardly had any meetings the averages won't of changed by much if any, also got to work to a budget so some/mist riders will want too much money, that's if they want to come to some place miles from an airport.

    Another bit of praise for the GT tyres Northside arena in the letters page in this week's speedway star, from a travelling fan, who I personally know, who came up from Lincoln to visit the speedway . Left well impressed, shame about the result
