With B'ham most likely to close, the best thing that Leicester can do now, is get the track sorted for competitive racing and there's a very good chance that attendances will increase.... The viewing at Leicester is far superior to PB(Perry Barr), but the racing is just as drab....Unless they sign 'Bewley' ! 😃

Think it was fairly obvious that Sam was appointed as a PR stunt in order to try and attract more Wolves fans through the gate....and in all fairness, he was handed a 'c#ap' 1-7 (with the exception of TB/ZC)... But, your point is right....all Clubs needs a proper speedway manager if they are to compete! 2024 was a shambles from top to bottom....as predicted before a wheel was turned.... Have to give Tolley credit for seeing the season out financially.....shame that he was badly advised!

I see your point....but there was more 'passing'- ('exciting riding') in the last 7 Heats (when it was at its wettest) than in all 30 Heats of the semi-final between Leicester/Ipswich.... Speaking from a neutral, whose not seen much excitement this season! 😃

That really depends on who selects the team.....Sam was naive/clueless at times, but he was handed a pile of rubbishe to work with.... They wont sign a proper team manager because a proper team manager will want to choose his own team.....

First signing B'ham should make IF they race next season is : Someone to sort the track out! Doesn't matter which rider/s line-up, a good/great rider cant make a bad track good!
