So why the panic?? Only thing I agree with is the silence is deafening as if someone falsely told the Chronicle tonight Newcastle were not running I bet someone from the management or within the club would find the time to make a statement or update the website criticising the false rumours!!!

Didnt we also close on the eve of the 1988 season?? As I can remember being at a meet the riders night at the PTE club on a Monday night ( Shane Bowes was one rider in attendance) and the next day it was announced we had closed down
