-
Poole will ride in the top league next season

King's Lynn Stars 2020
ASpeedwayfan replied to Daniel Smith's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Yeah he tailed off in the GP's after a bright start. Did well in his first stint in them tho. Shame Lindback is back in as he has had too many chances and is same old Lindback really -
Well no uproar needed
-
Yeah you are correct but it won't be too far from 42.5. Be surprised if they lowered it and would be absolutely shocked if they upped it
-
C. Holder 7.16 J. Holder 7.49 Klindt 7.43 Josh G 7.29 F. Jakobsen 5.04 R. Douglas 4.66 Leaves 3.43 for the final rider Would leave us with a strong reserve all year and will have a good number 1 all year
-
I'd have him back next season if we got Chris back. Trouble is it's gonna be difficult to fit in Jack Chris Josh and Klindt
-
Everyone putting Douglas in their teams. Interesting to see who gets him
-
I think they'd be worth a shot. Rather have them at poole rather be against Poole
-
Interesting to see both Holders are riding for Torun next season despite them being relegated to the 2nd division. I'd like to see them both at poole next season
-
Hopefully we get the team sorted early. Anyone think we might spend a little bit of money and get some team kevlar's?
-
If Hans is a Poole asset and Poole therefore get 1st choice he will surely be snapped up quickly. He is an absolute steal on that average.
-
C. Holder Josh G Hans A Klindt C. Harris Douglas Nielsen Won't be the team but this team fits under the 42.5 points they had last season. And on the averages the riders were last given.
-
If C. Holder average is 7.16(which I think it is) then I would 100% take him next season

Poole v Ipswich 8th August 2019. Prem.

Nope -
At home that should do just as good as Worrall / better. But would just always prefer to watch a team with 7 fully fit riders
-
No disrespect to Worrall but not sure him coming back would benefit Poole, especially if he's riding half injured and riding very cautiously
-
I know Brady is "injured" but he's been far to unreliable this season. He's been fantastic when he's turned up, but missed far too many meetings
-
Don't really know why it's taking so long to replace him. Shouldn't take this long to replace an injured rider unless we have someone in mind and they can't fit it in with their schedule at the moment. R/r makes us weaker imo
-
Wells has the ability to hit 10 points or 0 points. NBJ slightly more reliable and I would rather stick with him as well. For now at least.
-
Hopefully he can hit some form for us. He's been ok so far but I think he has more to come

Ipswich v Poole Prem. 11/6/19
ASpeedwayfan replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
We need someone who doesn't just turn up and score 4-6 (a bit like Worrall) but someone who could hit 5-10 and I don't think there are many riders around 5.24 who can do that. But Jakobsen does that and makes us stronger -

Frederick Jakobsen? He fits and been very good this season else where -
I don't think our current team is strong enough / consistent enough to win it this year. Not unless they all click when it matters.... Again
-
Fredrik Jakobsen for Ritchie worrall? Would certainly strengthen the team
