  1. If the above rumoured team is true you could easily set it up so Leon had an easier role. He's clearly a very promising rider and probably riding Sheffield rather than Birmingham in the PL will do him all the world of good, with all due respect to Birmingham. He is the highest averaging RS for a reason. 1. Chris Harris 2. Leon Flint 3. Ashton Boughen 4. Kyle Howarth 5. Dan Thompson 6. Max Perry 7. Freddy Hodder Ride like that for the first few months and if he excels and gets his confidence up swap him to 3, if not he's always going to do a good job at number 2. Same applies for Kyle and Dan, depends on who's performing the best is who rides at 5 and who rides at 4. It's a very flexible team. Reserves suck though.
  2. As a neutral, Thomson and Starke is the obvious combo imo... Don't rate Ablitt as much as either 1. Richard Lawson 2. Tobias Thomsen 3. Anders Rowe 4. Zach Cook 5. Lewis Kerr 6. Paul Starke 7. Max Perry until Cairns? Dunno what the averages add up to.
  3. Wonder if signing number 2 is gonna be announced tomorrow at 7am?
  4. 1. Nico Covatti 2. Kyle Newman 3. Joe Thompson 4. 6.41 5. Ben Barker 6. Alfie Bowtell 7. Patrick Baek/Jacob Hook Final rider could be, Claus Vissing, Jason Edwards, Connor Mountain that kind of rider. This is what I expect the plymouth team to look like... not Zagar. Matej is one of my favourite riders of all time from the best country on the planet, Plymouth have always been up there as one of my favourite teams, so it would be amazing to see. But it's just not going to happen... surely?
  5. I had 2.94 for the final rider and he fit perfectly, I've heard he's off to scunthorpe but I can't see that being true either.
  6. 1 Charles Wright © 8.37 2 Jake Mulford 4.27 3 Danny King 7.88 4 Jason Edwards 6.19 5 Erik Riss 7.35 6 Ace Pijper 2.94 7 Ben Trigger 3.00 Reserves are pretty weak aye, but that top 5 more than makes up for it and both do have experience in the league already.
  7. Jesse mustonen on a 5.00 average is nearly as much of a piss take as vadim tarasenko on a 5.00 average... oh wait a minute.
  8. So would I tbh, although it's been a good 18 months since I've seen either of them ride, so things could be different. Gilkes has always impressed me though.
  9. I was just going purely by Aussie results. Declan Killeen is a 3.00er in the NL but he flies is Australia. Could be a big rider in the NL next season... if there's more than 5 home meetings anyway. I'm sure that's been said every year since covid too hasn't it?
  10. That's fair enough, I wasn't aware of such. I've been so far out of touch with speedway for the past 16 months, just lost interest altogether... Just trying to find my feet with it again 😆 Not sure how long it will last...
  11. As the above posts: Swap Pearson for Gilkes. That's definitely under. 1 Craig Cook 8.43 2 Danyon Hume 4.87 3 Drew Kemp 6.47 4 Dan Gilkes 5.08 5 Rory Schlein © 8.08 6 Bastian Borke 4.84 7 2.23
  12. Don't British riders (or those riding on British licences) get a 2.5% reduction?
  13. 1 Craig Cook 8.43 2 Danyon Hume 4.87 3 Drew Kemp 6.47 4 James Pearson 5.51 5 Rory Schlein © 7.88 6 Bastian Borke 4.84 7 2.00 Comes to exactly 40
  14. As for Declan, as far as I can tell based on what little results info I can find on him. Worse than: Tate Zischke, Luke Killeen, Declan Killeen. Better than: Jacob Hook, Dayle Wood, Matt Marson. I know that doesn't tell you much 🤣 Zaine has ridden over here before a few years back and he was more than capable of being a solid number 6 or a good number 2, but he's had some horrific injuries.
  15. 1. Craig Cook 2. Danyon Hume 3. Drew Kemp 4. Jye Etheridge 5. Rory Schlein 6. Bastian Borke 7. 2.00er Surely this is the team?
  16. Until next years piss up in tenerife where they decide to change it to 38.5 to benefit some club or another. Wouldn't believe any multi year plans that these clowns come up with 🤡
  17. I wonder what this 'new initiative' that ipswich are doing towards youth is...? Got to be more than just adding a team in the NDL the way it's worded. Perhaps it's just youth second half series? A bit like what Redcar have been doing for years... Anyone got any ideas?
  18. 5.11 including 2.5% reduction. Nowhere near a reserve.
  19. Ah fair enough 👍 my bad. I thought they both recieved the same ban.
  20. I know people are just trolling with Richie Worrall and Nick Morris but their suspensions were 2 years long, starting in July 2023. So neither can ride next season regardless of if they've paid their fines or not.
  21. If I recall correctly it's because both Adam and Willie achieved an average above 8 in the second tier in the past (I think 8 was the threshold that was used) but I'm trying to rejog my memory from a rule from years ago here to who knows...
  22. Belle Vue (the club not the fan base) strike me as a club who couldn't give a rubbishe about other clubs, only themselves, and look down their nose at other clubs, particularly ones not in the Premiership... we're just the common folk and they're the royalty... 🙄 something real dodgy about them imo.
  23. 1. Steve Worrall 2. Luke Harrison 3. Simon Lambert 4. Connor Mountain 5. Jake Allen 6. Zaine Kennedy 7. Declan Kennedy
