Oxford would be the only option, I think, though he may prefer to just concentrate on Poland rather than split between the UK and there, as he'll not need to worry so much about equipment.

SGB Championship - 2025 Predictions

In their BSN group, yes. -
Yes, I think it's a risk, but I guess you could argue those riders have the biggest potential to improve their average, meaning if the others just deliver even what they managed last year, that's a very good position to be in. We'll see what happens. Personally, I don't think the Glasgow team is obviously stronger than anyone else we've seen so far, and it's hard to judge until the other teams are complete. I'm liking that quite a few teams have had a bit of a shakeup, so plenty opportunity for things to pan out differently next year.

SGB Championship - 2025 Predictions

It would have been very difficult for Glasgow not to strengthen! -
It's criminal they don't offer a carrier pigeon option, eh? Decent team. Hope they do well. Good to see Ace has a spot.
-
Absolutely no prize, I'm not sure they even attempted to keep the team under wraps 😄
-
The announcement is officially tomorrow now...
-
No, I don't think so. There were logistical issues with availability for the marketing shoot though.
-
The assumption is: Bomber, Howarth, Dan Thompson, Leon, Max Perry… and it’s been so long now that I’ve genuinely forgotten the other two. Edit: Boughen is one of them. Oh, and Hodder.
-
I believe they were filming the marketing today - official announcements will follow once they've processed it. I'm sure this was supposedly done weeks ago, but I'm not sure if they just couldn't get everyone together, or perhaps that was the team that didn't fit the points limit (which was rumoured on here a while back).
-
Not sure it will be tomorrow, but certainly by the middle of the week.
-
Paco was the better rider. That said, Lasse's average is slightly suppressed in that he scored a lot of bonus points - particularly at home. Lasse ended with an average of 4.67, but with the bonus points he averages 5.76 last year, so I'd say he's good good value.
-
The team had to lose 5.80 points after team building discounts. It was always going to look weaker. Once the other sides are all announced, I think the Poole team will look very good. It's pointless to compare teams to previous years - it's only worth comparing them to the opposition they will face. On that measure, I don't think there will be any concerns.
-
It was originally meant to be yesterday, I think, but I guess they had to change it.
-
I am liking the look of this team. I'll certainly try and get down to Workington at least a couple of times if I can make it fit.
-
He should be 6.16.
-
We all did, but rumour has it he had a change of heart and Oxford may have named their price.
-
He ended up at reserve because we signed a clown on a 6.00 average. Absolutely nothing to do with James. He also spent a fair amount of time riding at 4, also nothing to do with him.
-
It’s tangentially related to Poole’s rumoured interest in a dud rider.
-
There won't be any rider announcement this week, AFAIK.
-
Tbh, he was no help to us. We weren’t making the playoffs with him in the team either.
-
I think we had him doing laps round here, but the word was he didn’t impress.
-
I can’t see Max Perry turning up at Poole tbh.
-
Should be 2.55 from 2023.
-
Starke averaged 3.15 for Glasgow at the #2 position this season. That's why he was dropped. It wasn't a false average - he was awful, and his equipment sucked. If I were Poole, I wouldn't touch him.
