So, mainly thanks to the heroics of Mr Harris...it's a much better GP all round. Over 440 thousand Credits gained overall...and only two players dropped out - so that was a big improvement on Copenhagen ! The big scorers... New leader, T.N.T. who gained a solid 85,000 Lis picked up 46,710 to become Top Girl and Top International sccoter increased his tally by 35,000 and both grumpy and mckenna won around 30,000 The losers... Previous leader, Rico, threw away 49,401 Buildbase bob not only lost 40,000 Credits, but also his place in the race. (It's bye-bye to pedropete also.) London Witch "World # 4", surprisingly for her, lost out bigtime...27,396 And both falcace and Jo_1515 discarded around 12,000 None of the top players in the World are sitting inside the Top 30 right now, but they do all have at least 1,000 Credits - so any one of them could yet win !

Troy Batchelor has indeed pulled out of tonight's Semi-Final. Kenneth Hansen is riding instead. Nicolai Klindt has been in a nasty crash. Adrian Gomolski fell and Klindt could not avoid him. Not sure yet if Klindt is able to continue...seems he MAY have been knocked unconscious briefly.

So a new leader, Rico - which is a shock in itself, as he's historically terrible at this game ! Why do we have a new leader ? Because the previous Top 3 have all suffered tonight. Sir Ted had a BIG lead, but he's lost the lot and gone ! Over 150,000 Credits ! Runner-up i_support_no_team also loses everything ! Over 40,000 Credits ! 3rd-placed Chris lost 35,000 Credits, but does at least hang on. Incredibly, nobody got both riders into the Final ! As I watched the meeting I said no-one had backed Gollob, but I was mistaken...Fair play to Huttski and Subedei ! It was swings and roundabouts for new leader Rico tonight...losing 22,000 on Hans but gaining 44,000 on Jonsson ! Overall he actually gained 22,216. Apart from the reserve replacements that are mentioned... Heat 5 says that Harding's bike broke down on the last bend while 3rd. Heat 7 says that Hlib's bike "lost a hook" while he was 3rd. He fell and was excluded. Heat 9 says that Jędrzejewski made the start but all 3 opponents passed him during the race. Heat 11 says that Hlib got into 2nd place but on the last bend, his bike went again. Also it says that Sajfutdinow (Heat 9) and Holder (Heat 12) have taken their country's one allowed tactical switch. Heat 14 says Harding has fallen and been excluded from the re-run. In the re-run Guzajew was 3rd but fell, remounted and finished Heat 15 says Poland are taking the lead ! Heat 16 says Batchelor fell while second. Heat 17 says Poland move closer to victory ! Heat 19 says the obvious Poland are in the Final. Alongside England, Czech Republic and Germany.
