Yours. Even the Polish press ran articles about it.

Some advice for you considering that you're a new member. If you can't accept opinions that don't blow smoke up club bosses / promoters backsides then this forum isn't for you. This forum doesn't live in a fantasy world where it see's no wrong in club bosses and the sport as a whole, This forum is the complete opposite and members will speak the truth and call out the nonsense that promoters spout. You cant throw around financial numbers and names like Zmarzlik only to deliver nothing so far.

Speaking from experience I watched an understrength Panthers side for a couple of months last year getting battered by 20+ every week and you have to be a real die hard fan to keep turning up every week knowing what's about to unfold before Heat 1 even takes place. Difference between Peterborough and Birmingham is Buster had punters on strings to a point where they was always going to turn up whilst at Birmingham I can actually see fans walking away after a few months if they don't put a competitive side out because they already struggle with crowd levels. I hope Birmingham don't go under mid-season but it's looking bleaker with every passing week, Couple of big signings would change that but it's looking less likely the longer it drags on.
-
Brum should never have moved up to begin with, It's already evident that they cant compete at this level by struggling to put together a competitive side, 5 riders signed and 0 Heat Leaders.
-
So have Brum actually signed the final two or not now? If they haven't then the alarm bells are about to ring, No top rider will make a last minute decision to take on another work load, They're top professionals who'll want everything in place ASAP.
-
Hurry up and announce the signings Brum, Fans have waited long enough already.
-
Our league is much weaker so he'll be fine imo, Even Chris Holder won more than a fair share of heats when he signed for Sheffield (Excluding Ipswich). I don't think any club will get enough race winners away from home tbh because every team looks rock solid around their own track, Away wins should be at a premium.
-
Newcastle results were taken off and the rules might not be the same as when he joined them on a converted Prem average because they change every year lol. BWD's last Championship average that he actually achieved was a 6.0 or 6.1 something riding for Peterborough in 2018 or 2019.
-
Same here. They're strong title contenders imo. Out and out No.1, No weak link in the engine room, Strong No.6 all season etc. They tick all the boxes.

Wilson-Dean is back in the UK next week and he's a former comet.

P. Pawlicki and Milik?????

I agree. Just think it's a possibility when you take into account that Brum are now being linked with new riders like Milik and Chugunov and they're engine room riders so it reeks of desperation. I'm working on the basis that Piotr Pawlicki and Matej Zagar are no go's as well now because they would've been signed weeks ago if they was in, I can't imagine them waiting around for weeks knowing that they're playing second fiddle to other riders because it gives out a poor message like 'We'll only have you if we cant get anyone better in'.
-
Piotr Pawlicki would be a good signing but surely a deal would've been done by now if Piotr was in the 1-7 considering he made it known that he wanted to ride in the UK ages ago? I can't imagine that's it's Brum not willing to pull the trigger because he's one of the best options by far.

King’s Lynn 2024 serious team predictions

Simon Lambert after Buster throws his mid-season tantrum about finances/low crowds once the results turn sour. For what it's worth if the team does stay the same then Basso will end up at No.6 imo. -
Brum clearly haven't learnt their lesson from last time.
-
Still saying Schlein plus another. Brum would've been complete by now if they managed to get 2 quality riders in. They've signed 5 riders on a budget and are hoping to get two HL's in however the names being linked with Brum now are of much lesser quality than they were at the start.
-
Another name can be crossed off the list now because he's signed his third contract for 2024 with a Danish club. Przemyslaw Pawlicki
-
Gilkes imo.
-
Anders Rowe imo.

Same for me. -
Bet Brum will end up with one HL and Schlein due to the names in question all wanting good money. HL signings would've been made by now if money wasn't an issue imo.
-
Rowe and Batch to complete?
-
Gilkes and Sedgmen to complete? Gilkes surely has to be somewhere in the Championship.
