If Buster stands firm and walks away from the sport and an extension can't be agreed for the use of the Showground then how about this? Tomalin buys King's Lynn and then merges them with Peterborough to form one team next season, Call the side Norfolk (Insert nickname) with all meetings to be held at the AFA. Tomalin owner, Rob Lyon manager, Dale and Carl can work at the club as well as Alex Brady if he fancies returning. Saves two clubs potentially going under then.
-
Now is the time for Tomalin to strike (If he wants to buy the club still) because he holds all the cards. You can basically push Buster into a corner now that he's going to be massively out of pocket by having to pay for the KL riders too. Tomalin can offer Buster a take it or leave it deal, Crank up the pressure to the maximum, Either accept my offer and cut your losses now or I'll walk away like Brady and your financial losses will become even greater. Even Buster wouldn't be stubborn enough to stick to his asking price considering the financial mess he's going to get himself into unless things change.

Hans and Worrall AGAIN!
-
Hans getting owned by Jake Mulford pretty much sums up Andersen's last two years in a Panthers race suit.

Bomber cost us all tonight when it comes to the Lawson bet. Got me double in so it's a profitable night anyway, Well done all.
-
BV - 16.0 & Leicester -4.0 (DOUBLE) I'll also cover the Hcap Ties. BV (Should easily run out winners by over 20 imo because the Panthers side isn't even close to the points limit) LEI (Safer play imo because you know Fricke & Sedgmen are bang in form, You also know that Lawson is a track specialist who piles in points around KL, Harris also goes well around KL, For KL you know Riss isn't 100%, You also know that TJ is very flaky so backing KL+4 is basically a gamble on Klindt to smoke in-form / track specialist Lions riders all evening) Lawson Over & Exactly 9 (Has put up massive numbers on both occasions around KL this season when guesting for Panthers and Tigers)

Wolves v Sheffield kc..19th June..
TTT replied to Pauldoveyspeedway's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
If Howarth goes well then Sheffield will win as he'll put up a ridiculous number at reserve from 7 rides. Belleg0 missing is a blessing for the Tigers. -
This is the equivalent of a Premier League Football team throwing away an FA Cup tie by putting out an understrength line-up. Belle Vue by however many they feel like winning by, If they take pity on us then we might be able to put up 30.

I've never known Buster to put together a competitive team at KL in the top flight tbh.
-
Buster has done nothing but wreck our season too, the blame really is 50/50. Two adults having a stand off halfway into the season is a huge no no, Should've cleared the air straight after Holder gate, before a wheel was turned by agreeing to leave the past in the past as well as agreeing to put the business, club and fans first from that point onwards. The drama might even start again in the near future with Buster receiving another dose of backlash if KL sign a decent replacement for Jakobsen after telling everyone that the KL team is over budget as it is, In the event of fairness Simon Lambert (Hopefully) or someone else who's just as poor should be Jakobsen's replacement imo.

Busters still a d**k though tbf, The guy has been involved in so many broken down relationships to a point where he's giving Megan Markle a run for her money. Tomalin is just another name on that list.....They've both let us down by not sitting down to iron differences out like mature adults, It's only us fans who've lost out at the end of the day and we may never get another chance to rectify this campaign and that's why I'm annoyed with both of them. If we had a guaranteed future then I wouldn't be annoyed, I'd just ride the storm out but it's the threat of going out disgracefully that doesn't sit well with me.
-
Rew is the real problem but Ipswich fans are too blind to see it. 5.00 point assessed average is Rew and he's getting nowhere near it.
-
They've both let us down by not ironing things out like mature adults. Only people that have actually lost out here is us fans, Buster and Tomalin are both saving money during this crisis, The former doesn't have to spend much on wages because the team isn't competitive and the latter banks the cash that he was going to pour into the club. I feel let down by them both.
-
We can only hope that our clubs get saved but it's unlikely imo, Brady was supposed to take KL into a new era and Tomalin was supposed to do the same for Peterborough and everything has gone south. Genuine think Buster will stick to his guns this time about walking away because their isn't any money to be made in the sport and it's just one stressful situation after another these days with no upturn in sight.
-
Everything is still pointing towards Tomalin not paying the money unfortunately. If he did pay the money then Tungate would've been signed by now imo.
-
Bad things. We're both going under imo.
-
I agree.
-
Our job as fans is to keep our mouths shut 24/7 and then hand over our hard earned money whenever promotions beg us to turn up.
-
Buster basically saying that he can't afford Laguta without massive attendances and extra sponsorship. KL are a ticking time bomb now.
-
KL fans will have to turn up in numbers every week now and support a losing team otherwise Laguta will be off in no time at all.

Buster saying the team is over budget here. King’s Lynn owner Buster Chapman steps back into the breach at the Adrian Flux Arena (lynnnews.co.uk)
