Coventry is grey belt i think and so the government expect 50% of those houses to be affordable which will hopefully make such a small development unattractive, also not forgetting that the development was rejected by a government appointed inspector not just the council.

Before work commenced on this phase of the stadium build the report passed to the planning dept clearly advised them to include measures in the 106 to ensure Speedway’s future at the stadium, however it would seem they chose not to include those measures therefore leaving the door wide open for Osbourne.
