  1. Coming from Poole fans that are all over this thread for no apparent reason! Don’t see Plymouth fans doing it.
  2. Starting to look like this fixture might go ahead, perhaps? Most of the rain looks like it's passed, and Oxford haven't announced it's been postponed. A lot of standing water about, though.
  3. Luke Killeen back in the team in place of Ryan Kinsley, plus Lewis Kerr and Scott Nicholls also return. Rider replacement for Michael Palm Toft. At the moment it looks like the weather is going to win, though, with heavy rain forecast from the middle of the night. Won't mention the extra £2 for booking tickets on the day in case I upset some people! Oxford Cheetahs: 1. Sam Masters, 2. Henry Atkins, 3. Lewis Kerr, 4. Jordan Jenkins, 5. Scott Nicholls, 6. Cameron Heeps, 7. Luke Killeen. Scunthorpe Scorpions: 1. Ryan Douglas, 2. Connor Mountain, 3. Simon Lambert, 4. R/R, 5. Jake Allen, 6. Nathan Ablitt, 7. Drew Kemp.
  4. Oxford has the cash and Peter Shroeck used to (if not still does) mentor him. Just not sure how he fits into the team, though, as they seem heavily invested in Luke Killeen. They also can't offer him the practice opportunities of some other clubs. That's one of the main reasons he chose Leicester over Oxford in the NDL this season I believe.
  5. And what did he do while he wasn’t in the UK? Was he working? You can put a turd in a dress, but it’s still a turd!
  6. Redcar to end Oxford's unbeaten start to the Championship? Sam Masters okay to race for Oxford after being released by Australia, and Kyle Howarth guesting for Lewis Kerr. Redcar Bears: 1. Danny King, 2. Danyon Hume, 3. Connor Bailey, 4. Erik Riss, 5. Charles Wright, 6. Jason Edwards, 7. Luke Harrison Oxford Cheetahs: 1. Sam Masters, 2. Henry Atkins, 3. Kyle Howarth (G), 4. Jordan Jenkins, 5. Scott Nicholls, 6. Cameron Heeps, 7. Ryan Kinsley
  7. It’s off. No surprise… https://twitter.com/oxfordspeedway/status/1684264727692574721?s=46&t=6_c4v1t_mzsx6Jnj5fXYmw
  8. In Steve's defence, it's usually The Toad that kicks things off. Has to be the most argumentative person on this forum!
  9. In your case, I think it's pretty easy to tell the difference!
  10. Teams... Oxford Chargers: 1. Jordan Jenkins, 2. Jacob Clouting, 3. Ryan Kinsley, 4. Jody Scott, 5. Henry Atkins, 6. Luke Killeen, 7. Jason Garrod. Kent Royals: 1. Ben Morley, 2. R/R, 3. Connor King, 4. Tom Woolley, 5. Nathan Ablitt, 6. Sam Woolley, 7. Ashton Vale.
  11. Killeen will be one of the reserves, so I bet he's hoping he doesn't get wiped out in his first race back!
  12. Game changer for the Chargers. Luke Killeen is back. Declared himself fit apparently, so will be him and Garrad at reserve.
  13. If you're the home team, why wouldn’t you do it? I’m surprised every team isn’t using make full use of home advantage.
  14. Arguably the two best supported (in terms of attendance) teams in the league. Coincidence?
  15. Who was the last rider to show this much potential at this age?
  16. Ashton Boughen turns 16 in exactly one month.... Would be a bold move to have two 16 year olds in one team, mind.
  17. Good luck to the riders deciphering the contracts before they sign them.
  18. They've still got Plymouth at home as well, although no date for it yet as far as I know.
  19. Criticising a fence after a crash that everybody walked away from. Genius!
  20. Schlein confirmed as a guest for Kerr.... Oxford Cheetahs: 1. Sam Masters, 2. Henry Atkins, 3. Rory Schlein, 4. Jordan Jenkins, 5. Scott Nicholls, 6. Cameron Heeps, 7. Ryan Kinsley. Glasgow Tigers: 1. Chris Harris, 2. Marcin Nowak, 3. Tom Brennan, 4. Claus Vissing, 5. Benjamin Basso, 6. Lee Complin, 7. Ace Pijper.
  21. Cracking guest. Kerr has been in great form at home, but Schlein impressed when visiting with Berwick (one of the best away riders I've seen this year) and will score more points than rider replacement.
  22. Is the person for real? Think you need to head over (and stay) on the Covid thread or something. You'll like it there. Now....let's get back to the real world.
  23. A big top of the table clash in the Championship, with both team still unbeaten. Something has got to give! Thoughts?
