  1. According to https://sportni-portal.si/slovenci-na-zadnji-dirki-evropskega-prvenstva-parov-250cc-v-poljskem-bydgoszczu-tik-pod-stopnickami/?fbclid=IwAR2bfTglqkrsnzZX3nWAV6uDiV4sksrBjl2PzqYGEIZwhfRaByRzSsSl8nE#google_vignette Sweden got third by virtue of two third place finishes in rounds 1 and 2, against Slovenia's best - a fourth place.
  2. It is not hype. It is based on a factual assessment that Tarasenko is an Ekstraliga heatleader. A league that is considered too tough for the likes of Ryan Douglas and Sam Masters.
  3. Any councillor who expresses an opinion would automatically be barred from involvement in determining the application. Most councillors will have little engagement with the detail until the agenda for the meeting is published a week before the planning meeting at which it is considered. A key factor will be the tenor of the report to the meeting and its recommendations.
  4. A little tearful on departing realising that might be my last ever visit. (My first was in 78 and in 98 and 99 it was my 'local track'). What struck me was how there was absolutely no mention of the stadium's fate. It us almost as if someone in charge doesn't want people objecting!
  5. Look at Brum. Nick Morris GSA 8.82 Actual average in 2023 league fixtures 6.84 Average of guests used since drug suspension : 8.86 Looks like a huge bonus(at least in terms of scoring capacity) for Birmingham to me.
  6. You may think so I may think so Anyone with any tactical nous at all would think that. But ...
  7. Maybe they don't think they have anyone else up to the task of out racing Danyon Hume
  8. Got you. So it's an average assessed at his actual average.
  9. Is it not an actually achieved average from 2019?
  10. Met office is showing me a mere 30% chance of a brief (but heavy) shower. Don't forget even if there is rain Matt will be along with the 'magic' leaf-blower. I'm confident this will be on.
  11. 7 pairs,standard 21 heat format with 4-3-2-0 scoring. 1 Long Eaton 33 (Stonehewer 18, Dixon 15) 2 Reading 31 (Richardson 19, Mullett 12) 3 Exeter (Coles 21, Lanham 7)
  12. 4-3-2-0 was used in 1997 so it looks like the answer is yes.
  13. Would still be an upgrade on last year - Ben Morley and a guest (Roynon)
  14. It's early days and it is not unreasonable to sound a note of caution, but he scored 7+1 on his Championship debut. Dan Bewley only scored 5 points in his first 5 appearances at Championship level.
  15. 8 home winners in 23 years suggests there is some advantage too be had.
  16. But they announced the guest before the match was even finished - psychic powers?
  17. More cost cutting devaluing the product
