Leicester? Really, been there done that. Given crowds are often better on Saturdays for the Championship than Mondays in the Premiership were I just can't see it.* * Unless Damian Bates is selling up to someone very gullible or with very deep pockets.

You should, Oxford's return has been (largely) a roaring sucess and my transition to Cheetahs fan is going smoothly. Although I'm sure for both of us we'll always be Racer/Robin at heart.

Combined GSA of over 47. Seems unlikely the points limit will be anywhere near that.

Manchester City Council

Still a long way behind Harris, and he is behind Jason Edwards
-
Leicester - the council own the land. The site is on a long lease that I think David Hemsley still has an Interest in, and the current Speedway promotion sublet from him.

Although with the exception of Ablitt and Hodder the Colts have pretty appalling away averages. And Sam McGurk got 0 from 5 guesting against Armadale earlier in the season. Their performance at Kent (again bar Ablitt and the reserves) was distinctly underwhelming. They should get the point they need but I wouldn't take it for granted.

But no sign of the Cubs last two fixtures taking place yet.

2023 GP line up/wildcards

Janusz has produced some fantastic racing in this year's SEC, where he leads Leon Madsen. I think he's well worth another shot. -

Not a hope in hell. Cierniak is way behind a whole host of Poles. Even Jason Crump struggled in the GPs when seeded thru as world under 21 champion. -
Edinburgh v Redcar Play offs
arnieg replied to Yearbyred's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
It's one team in a tie. -
Who was the 'ghost' guest? It can't have been Starke as his GSA is below Brennan's. As Douglas took an R/R ride it must have been some notional rider with an average over 6.88 (but below Douglas - otherwise he'd have been at no 1)
-
And why is that unreasonable?
-
Finishing positions are irrelevant. It's positions at 22 Sept that count. There have been more than one instance of teams finishing in top 4, but not making the play-offs because some of their points were accrued after the cut-off date.

Lightweights. Is that all, a pathetic 11 meetings in 6 weeks. In 1992 Reading Racers rode 16 matches in 24 days (5-28 Oct)

Edinburgh - new home required….
arnieg replied to JanAndersen's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
He got personal, he said councillors were in it for themselves. I was a Councillor. Therefore he is implying I was in it for myself. So who's getting personal? -

Are you usually this offensive? Do you have anger management issues?
