I didnt think you could make a change by joining 2 riders averages together and then replacing them with 2 other riders with a lower combined average. I thought it had to be on either a 1 for 1 basis, or on the overall average of the whole team. I am sure Neil will tell me if I have that one wrong.

Why would Stoke be "rocked" by the news. There was always the chance that a rider of Wilsons ability would find a home back in the Premier League. Maybe Stoke tthought he would be an undercover success and no one would notice. Wilson is far too good a rider to be riding in what should really be a development League. Can Stoke not Just put Mcbain in the main body of the team and keep Kirby in at reserve ?

I read the posts and didnt think there anything untoward in them, certainly nothing away from comments that were being directed back at him. To me, Malcolm was just defending his corner. Hardly in the Scudamore League, were they. In hindsight maybe the poster felt it was a futile excercise trying to argue the toss, as it seems certain people have a real downer on Stoke. Just seems a little unfair that Vasey is copping the flak for what appears to be peoples feeling toward Stoke Speedway. The guy is only the Hired help, can he really be held responsible for all the past misdemeanors at Stoke, that may have occured ?
