To fair to Malcolm He is appearing to disassociate himself from the Operating/ownership side of Stoke Speedway. He is hired in to manage the team, the same way that someone like Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was brought in by Vincent Tang at Cardiff, for example.

Malc is there any chance that Prem League racing will return to Stoke in short too medium term ? I well remember the strap line of Proud Potter when you took on the job at Stoke.

Matt Ford throwing a few quid at Scunthorpe cannot be compared to the amount of time, effort and indeed money that Buster has put into youth development at Kings Lynn. Did Ford not chance his arm with Bournemouth, look how long that lasted.

I guess the Class of 14 was always going to be a bit of a come down compared to the one of 13. Like Baggy, I am a little disappointed to see young Mountain not at Lynn, after coming through the MDL. Perhaps Dale could tell us why he couldnt give him the 6/7 race jacket.
