  1. Slim pickings I agree, but if Wolves sign Manzares, Wolves have 6.6 to play with and start with Klindt at reserve. Need the fixture computer to deal you early visits to Blunsden & Beaumont Sports Complex. Which I'm sure a savvy promoter can arrange I had never seen that. Would you take him over Thorsell or Masters? You surely won't take all four I'd love to know what a combinarie is. I'm sure within a week or two Manzares would be dynamite around Monmore, most yanks are. Klindt won't stay at reserve long I agree, hence why I suggest early visits to certain tracks. Away wins are priceless. Pick a rider with more potential than Manzares on that average other than Klindt. Especially for Wolves at Monmore Yanks eat that tight track up.
  2. I had forgotten Gino Manzares who is looking for a British ride again starting on his 2015 PL average of 5.43 would fit, allowing Klindt to start at reserve. Leaving 6.6 for the final rider.
  3. Holder has a lower average than Iversen. 0.12 lower only, but still lower.
  4. Once Lindgren had confirmed he was riding in Britain next year & Harris has joined the Rockets that top 3 were nailed on. Assuming Klindt & Clegg are signed. Then it is how do Wolves complete their septet. Do they start with Klindt at reserve with Clegg? If so they have to find two riders with combined averages not above 12.03 but not individually below 5.42. Looking at the final PL averages for 2016, you have. Jakobsen Nikolaj Busk Peterborough 6.50 Newman Kyle Plymouth 6.31 Anderson Jonas Redcar 6.30 Aarnio Tero Newcastle 6.24 Pijper Theo Berwick 6.16 Jensen Rasmus Workington 6.14 Wilkinson Carl Scunthorpe 6.12 Rose Lewis Newcastle 6.12 Kerr Lewis Ipswich/Scunthorpe 5.98 Allen Jake Somerset 5.96 Palovaara Victor Newcastle 5.80 Sarjeant James Ipswich 5.80 Kurtz Todd Plymouth 5.76 Wethers Matthew Berwick 5.65 Nielsen Stefan Plymouth 5.53 None of which I would suggest Wolves would find very appealing. Anderson, maybe given CVS involvement at Redcar. Almost no riders with converted EL averages from last year fit the gaps either. Musielak on 6.34 does converting his 2015 average, I would suggest him returning to British racing is unlikely. So assuming Klindt would start in the top 5. To complete the team. Ricky Wells (7.92) + >4.11 Kyle Howarth (7.18) + >4.85 >7.05 & Ashley Morris (4.98) >10.03 & Luke Chessell (2.00) Be interesting
  5. Iversen joining Piraterna http://www.speedwaygp.com/news/article/5388/iversen-joins-piraterna
  6. They will score 2 away from from home beating each other. Not the way to go.
  7. Really? 50-18.45. Leaves 31.55. Could still go top heavy or strength in depth.
  8. Immature no. Rude no. Delusional yes. Stubborn yes.
  9. In the Elite League sorry Premiership, in my opinion that team will get massacred at reserve. The Harris, Nicholls, Kennett & NBJ quartet will be competitive, I'm fairly convinced that your heat 13 & 15 outings will be a 3-3 at best though. Branford at reserve is decent prospect, take him. What would Sundstrom be, average wise. If Rye include Heeps, Kennett & Branford my calculations suggest they have 6.11 to play with. Does Sindstrom fit? Kennett 9.27 Harris 9.22 NBJ 6.50 Nicholls 9.23 Heeps 5.07 Branford 4.6 6.11 for final rider
  10. Kennett 9.43 Busk Jacobsen 6.5 Harris 9.22 Watt 7.46 Nicholls 9.23 Branford 4.06 Morley 3.85 49.75
  11. Be surprised if Kylmakorpi would return to Wolves. No Thorsell or Klindt, any reason?
  12. I cannot see Adams & CVS putting a really top heavy team together.
  13. Classic stuff Not FoundThe requested URL /news,andreas_jonsson_ipolska_i_szwecja_priorytetemi,84637,12.html was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
  14. How is 5.00 point average realistic for even the appallingly useless Cyfer. Several years Ekstraliga racing plus a year in Elitserien. He should be 7.50 at the lowest, if not 9.00. There are allot of riders who cannot get Ekstraliga & Elitserien team spots with higher averages than 9.00.
  15. When did he last appear on these Isle's and on what average? Would make a solid third heat leader or good second string.
  16. I think you'll find the suggestion of Watt signing for Coventry was not mine.
  17. If Zagar is the new Hancock i.e. the most expensive rider, would you want him back? Any team in financial trouble does not need expensive imports. Surely Cooke, Hougaard & the Worralls will constitute your top four? Your best NL team will get you decent reserves. Cook 9.83 L Bjerre 6.64 R Worrall 8.49 S Worrall 8.47 Hougaard 8.7 Williamson 3.67 Bewley 4 Leaves 0.2 A fair few teams seem to be going high top end with 2 pointers at reserve.
  18. And gaining experience while not riding for Poole was inconsequential was it. You got the best year out of him probably , his time with other teams did much for that.
  19. Zagar is a pipe dream. Bjerre, Lambert & either Schlien or Batchelor will be Kings Lynn heat leaders. NKI is running out of time to be World Champion if he is ever going to win one, needs to concentrate on that.
  20. I'm sure they will start their team building plans with Klindt & Clegg at reserve, then Manzares as he is 0.01 higher than Klindt. Manzares 5.43 Harris 9.21 Masters 8.97 Klindt 5.42 Clegg 4.34 Leaves 16.63 If Lindgren decides to ride in Britain with his GP commitments on 10.09 I'd say that is bargain #1 in the league leaving 6.54 for the final rider, if Lindgren decides the Premiership is not for him then Thorsell leaving 6.75. If Harris goes else where and they can sign both Lindgren & Throsell they still have 5.87 to work with to keep Klindt at reserve. I cannot see Howarth returning to Monmore.
  21. Why would Coventry sign Watt? Batchelor, Schlien & Bjerre are on low averages, potentially for their ability. But are very much damaged goods. Batchelor except for about a season 10 years ago as #8 has had no association with the Bee's, he has been very critical of the Brandon Stadium track on Sky Sports many times. Schlien & Coventry have a sordid history & Bjerre has in his long career never had any association with the Speedway Club. I cannot see any of those rides being in the declared Bee;s team for 2017.
  22. If Wolves sign that septet I'd be amazed.
  23. Doyle 13.41 Neilsen 5.53 Batchelor 7.36 Ellis 7.84 Morris 8.97 6.89 remaining. I'm guessing once the first set of GSA come out, Swindon will do allot of redeclaring.
  24. I'm sure he improved an awful in Poland & Sweden during that time as well!
  25. Depends on the 2 pointer. 3 years ago Robert Lambert would have been a 2 pointer. I tend to agree it would be risky going with two 2 pointers at reserve to start the year.
