On the track he impresses with , a great riding technique and a cool head. His Polish team, Rybnik , at the beginning of the 2016 season are surprising many fans. In the opinion of experts, Rybnik as a newcomer to the highest level of the league competition in Poland, were destined to struggle for survival. Yet, so far Rybnik are causing problems for the best in ExtraLeague. Last Sunday „Sharks” drew at Leszno against the Polish champions , which was a great surprise. Once again a very positive impression was left by Max Fricke. The Australian is so far one of the revelations of this season at the PGE Extraliga. Every coach would love to have such a 2nd string rider who scores well especially on away matches. Max is only 20 years old. This year he is destined to ride for the first time in his life on most ExtraLeague tracks . So far this does not worry him too much. His CMA on the home track is the same as on the away one. It amounts to 7.20, which a great result for a debutant.

Trees, I thought you are enough experience member of this forum to know that things in Poland are not the same as in the UK. Polish League's teams don't have reserves. Their teams are Not restricted by accumulated CMA. They usually have a pool (squad) of riders from which they pick and chose. So Zmarzlik, Drabik, Przedpelski, etc. will occupay nos. 6 and 7 as lomg as they are U-21.

No they Don't. Zmarzlik is still under 21 rider and that puts him at either no.6 or 7

There is no such a thing like " a team place in Poland". Polish clubs have " a squad of riders" from which they can pick and chose. That is to say" a rider has to earn "a team place in Poland". In other words, if the Polish team manager reckons Craig, or any other rider on his list of riders, is good enough, he will pick him up. Another thing, there is no such thing as "they refuse to pick him on race Sunday". Craig has to be better in pre-meeting pratices that he is better that a rider next to him.

Having best point average throughout the season of Ekstraliga is like winning championship. I disagree, speedway is an individual competition, like boxing, tenis, or fencing, not a league one. Any league, or team competition in speedway is secondary to the one and only individual world championships title.

Presumably to find out who was at fault. Anyway both riders were OK after that. Krakow will surely be questioning Chris Harris' inability to win a single race against this level of opponent on a track he had raced many times. Chris Harris... among the also run in the Polish 2nd division he surely should be flying...shouldn't he?
