Think they have their hands tied quite tightly with the planning constraints. I am quite critical of Plymouth but I do think they have been shafted a bit over this.

Disagree with moving cut off dates for one track but points should have been given to Plymouth as they were prepared to give it a go.

Told me he was struggling to put the bike where it needs to go. I said you don't want to hurt yourself any further and his reply was I don't want to put anyone else in danger. Likeable guy so feel for him
