We try and do the same but some teams are so chaotic they get missed. In my opinion if the team manager doesn't tell you then the ref should exclude the rider after the race. They will only do it once.

A lot of promoters would rather have cheaper riders in heat 15 if the result is not in doubt. Nominations are at Team Managers discretion so you do not have to use best riders.

I agree but do you seriously think track men go out of their way to prep tracks like tha? Last night there was a lot of head scratching as to why it went the way it did.

Tim that is not correct. Transponders are being used at all meetings at Poole bar 1 where the computer crashed as first race was about to start.

Track staff at Poole as all tracks work bloody hard. Sometimes things don't go their way but do not accuse hard working volunteers of not working.

I'm a bit pissed off with the bad press Mark gets. He almost single handedly keeps Plymouth going. I know he's a bit marmite but personally I have a lot of time for the guy.
