  3. Practice yesterday got cancelled due to the bad weather. It was supposed to be held 'now' but postponed for another hour, track looks not very good judging by some pics on Facebook ..
  4. Sad day for the sport.... realy wonder what 'I had some bad news bla bla' Ward will get for punishment .... Maybe another Google translate c*ck up? Happened before lol Polish media also have nothing yet...
  5. Lineup for this years 125cc Youth Gold Trophy meeting which will be held in Bad Hersfeld tomorrow: 1. Finn Loheider (DE) 2. Mika Meijer (NL) 3. Steven Labouyrie (FR) 4. Marcel Studzinski (PL) 5. Zach Wajtknecht (GB) 6. Jarno De Vries (NL) 7. Celina Liebmann (DE) 8. Petr Chlupac (CZ) 9. Igor Kopec-Sobczynski (PL) 10. Nathanael Abbas (DE) 11. Christian Wagemans (NL) 12. Tim Wunderer (DE) 13. William Kruit (NL) 20. no rider --- 21. no reserve This meeting is an FIM meeting but for some reason not a 'World championship' meeting. Looking forward to it, these meetings usually provide some great racing. The European version (although with the same, but more riders) in Plzen earlier this year was great! Unlike in Plzen, which was a speedway track, Bad Hersheld is a 500 meter grasstrack, so will be interesting to see how the Polish and Czech kids get along I believe all other riders have regular experience on grasstracks.

Michell Hofmann DE This time with an airfence ...............
  7. The B sample is also positive according to Polish media.... no mention of a verdict yet.
  8. I would not be so suprised if they have just water or some other liquid in the bottle.... if not then I'm sure they have some special sponsor deal with their local dentist as well I suppose lol.
  9. The Longtrack GP round 3 in Eenrum got called off yesterday after HUGE rainfall. There was no point rescheduling it to today or tomorrow due to the soaked clay/grassy track plus bad weather forecast.
  10. Melbourne 24 October ?? http://www.speedway.com.au/2014/08/16/australia-to-host-sgp-round-in-2015/
  11. It's not realy a junior event by the way More a 'European championship' for easter Europe countries.
  12. Another pic: https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xpa1/t1.0-9/10446676_684411438294897_7300596300055087288_n.jpg Looks like they are rebuilding the track

  14. Oh dear, practice is cancelled according to Batch on twitter!
  15. De Vries is indeed Dutch, he lives in Naarden and races on a German license for a couple years now.
  16. Too bad Lakeside got called off, at least we could get on an much earlier ferry back to Dunkirk. Realy enjoyed the week in the UK and I will be back for more action for sure. Although so many speedway meetings are IMO not the way to go for UK speedway, it is good for speedway fans to go on a 'holiday' and watch some racing (almost) every day haha.
  17. Enjoyable week in the UK sofar... Never been to any of these tracks till now. Wolves on monday: cool little place with some great racing. Surprised you could only stand on the home straight. The commentator was awesome, he got some crazy moves as well!! Bit of sightseeing in Birmingham, Coventry and Leicester on tuesday. Poole on wednesday: great track and quite a big crowd I must say! Dull commentator compared to the dude at Wolves. Racing was great again. Been to Swindon today, don't like the place. Hard to see all the racing because of the high fence, not cool. Compared to Wolves and Poole today's racing was not very exciting. Off to Lakeside tomorrow. Gotta admit it's a pretty expensive experience to watch to many speedway meetings. All clubs ask 17 pounds which is like 22 euros. Not sure what the monthly income is in the UK but to watch all your team's meetings with your family must be costing a fortune.. Programm is not included in the price (strange), adds another 3 pounds. Plus parking!
  18. Infact I see Poole three times haha I'm at Wolverhampton on monday, Poole wednesday, Swindon thursday and Lakeside friday... then off to Holsted for SEC round 3 on saturday. Thanks!
  19. Thanks for the info Hope there will be some chances as 5 days of UK speedway in a row sounds cool to me haha
  20. Little question: is there any speedway racing planned for the 5th of August? I'm planning a week of speedway in the UK but can't seem to find anything for August 5 THANKS.
  21. No offence but these very few FIM (Europe) meetings aren't killing 'league racing'.... Your BSPA needs to sort out the crazy race schedule, that's the problem... FIM meetings are 95% on weekends. The complete FIM calendar should be publishing in November, the FIM Europe calender follows afterwards.
